Cons: Car wasn't the newest one. Lack of CarPlay system or other maps. Radio and Bluetooth pairing with the prone was also a challenge. However car was technically OK.

Pros: Friendly and efficient staff wait at the car with the keys, you sign the contract, swipe your credit card machine and you are done 10 min in total! The fuel tank is full so you bring it back full (or 3/4) Petrol Service centre is on your right as you enter the airport! Great!

Cons: I needed two cars.The first car's front light wasn't working and the clutch was catching. It was also too old. The second car had issues with the battery so it kept not switching on until the battery went completely flat. Also, there was no 24 hour roadside emergency help, so whilst I was finantially compensated for the days I wasted waiting around and the man was nice enough, it did dampen our holiday a lot. It meant that the cars were not reliable and I gave it back prior to the end of rental

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Contract fee, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, Tourism levy, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Drivers between the ages of 23 and 24 must provide a driver license that is valid for at least 3 year(s).
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Roof rack, Ski rack, Bicycle rack, Delivery fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

There is a charge of 4.50 EUR per day per driver.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available by previous request and for an extra charge of 20 EUR.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges. If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 15 EUR will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Cyprus. Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge of 22 EUR.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
