AIDA at Larnaca Airport

Pros: Everything was nice.

Pros: They are superb in terms of help, advise, car support and location.

Pros: Both Mateusz on collection and Victor on drop off were great with communication, messages and their friendliness. The whole process was excellent and I could not fault Aida and these employees.

Cons: Nothing perfect service from start to finish and extremely professional.

Pros: They are nice genuine people very helpful and prompt with collection, don’t try an get as much money as they can from you, our battery died and they was prompt an quick to fix the problem no hassle would highly recommend these guys an you cannot argue the prices are more than fair

Pros: First of all - Mr Evangelos, AIDA agent, who provided the car and all other things. Very good communication, very precise and ready to help. There was nothing unclear. Second thing - debit card caution. Money went back immidiately.

Pros: The seal around the windscreen had eroded / melted exposing the edges of the glass. It scared me as it could of come away any minute going over a speed bump and then I would of been charged for the damage even though I had taken the extra insurance and I could not have seen the fault when I collected the car as it was dark.

Pros: It was an extremely easy and straight forward process. The company collecting you from the airport when collecting the car and dropping you off after returning the car was a nice touch. Kind and helpful staff. Car was in good condition and i enjoyed my time with the car, got me everywhere i needed to go and the petrol to fill to full wasn't much. I didn’t receive the car i had ordered, in my opinion i believe i received a better one which i was happier with!

Pros: Very poor. When I arrived, I was informed to pay €150 instead of the balance that was quoted in the website. When I showed them what I was supposed to pay they told me that they cannot accept that. So was taken back to the airport to sort other means. Had to call the discovery customer service to try to sort out the mess. Eventually, I had to extra £10 above what was quoted to get the car. Found it to be unprofessional.

Pros: A comparably small local company with nice service. The car was good, both the pick up and drop off agents were kind. The overall impression was quite positive.

Cons: Somehow my booking was missing in the sistem of AIDA (according to the AIDA stuffit was because of Discover cars fault), so there is nobody to pick me at the airport, I could contact from the 3rd time calling the line as it was busy, had to wait they to solve the problem and send somebody, and after all I spent over an hour until picked the car.

Pros: Possibility of rent it with a prepaid credit card in combination with cash. Very friendly staff.

Cons: It was a nightmare finding the person to collect the car. They would not answer their phone and we were left waiting for a long time. Eventually they picked up. On dropping off, the office was shut so again we were left standing their waiting. Again after 30 mins or so someone turned up. Luckily we didn’t miss our flight.
