Pros: I ordered a full size vehicle because of three children and a lot of luggage. They gave me a mini suv, lied to me that it would fit all out luggage. At 1:00 in the morning with a baby screaming his head off… they lied!!!! Horrid service. We walked all the way to the car, to find out it was not what we ordered, called discover cars, they wouldn’t help … we had to find a fast rental at 1am in order to get anywhere and finally they agreed to refund us

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 79 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.

Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy


A separate fuel deposit is required when collecting the vehicle.

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
Fuel deposit prices can vary depending on the car model and the market fuel prices in force when receiving the car.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Cyprus.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: Flight number.


If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
