Cons: It would help to have a bit more help figuring out how to find the person with the car pickup at the airport. He called and directed us, but coming to the airport for the first time it was still somewhat difficult. Like a photo of the place, exact sign to look for from inside the airport, a pin shared on Whatsapp, etc It would be useful to have a phone holder included, as there was nowhere to put the phone for directions and it led to some issues

Pros: efficient and helpful they returned the deposit with in minutes of returning the car they did not try to sell anymore services very good

Pros: Was perfect for what we needed

Pros: They were on the ball with contacting us when we landed and picked us up within about 10 minutes. Drop off back to the airport was easy as well.

Pros: Great service!

Pros: I highly recommend this company.

Pros: Nice car. Good price.

Recommend filling in the advance information request as this made the pick up process quick and easy.

Cons: While it was meet and greet we were driven to and from an office 10 mins from the airport to complete the formalities. Not really a problem but you just need to allow a bit of extra time.

Pros: Quick processing

Cons: Needed to add a little extra time due to distance from airport - not far & not a problem, but would have been good to know in advance (it was stated as being "on airport")

Pros: The price

Cons: I needed to extend for a day due to the airline cancelling my flight. They refused. When I returned the car they would not drop me off at my alternative transport.

Pros: Good collection from airport, everything was very easy. Near airport. Car was clean inside and out

Cons: We had to return the car half full. There was a certain amount of miles it had to be on. We were about 50 km out. They took us to a petrol station to put in another 10 euros worth of fuel. I thought this was a little bit extreme. If we had been nearly empty then I could have understood it. That is the only complaint I have.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: fast

Cons: the office of the car rental wasnt look like a place u eant to rent a car from.

Pros: Pick up of the car and return was very fast in Larnaca Airport. Deposit was immediately canceled. I received an explanation how to drive hybrid a I was lent a car charger adapter because my one was not working. My car was older than is usual in car rental companies but I would not recognize it. The car was clean and in good condition. Fuel consumption of my hybrid Nissan Note was just 3,9 l/100 km including driving across high mountains.

Pros: Fast and easy

Pros: A text on arrival … what car registration it was to look out for when it arrived at the airport. This was the option I took rather than making my own way to their office off site on arrival.

Pros: Brzina, laka, sigurna i efikasna usluga

Pros: Easy, smooth, transparent and helpful

Pros: Good car, not a bad price for actual car

Cons: Had to pay for each extra driver. Car settings were in chinese and couldnt change. Car had been in an accident and hadnt been repaired

Pros: Pick up from the airport

Cons: The most thing was the actual car I really suspect it wouldn't be allowed on road in UK. Having drop of the car at the office instead at the airport and being drove back to the airport.

Cons: Gave us a car without a miror and a noisy AC, and told us there is nothing to do as this is the only car

Pros: Quick, efficient and straightforward. Pick up and drop off was as quick as doing it in the terminal

Cons: they were supposed to wait for us at the airport, they were 30min late, in addition they arrived without a baby seat in the car and asked me to carry my baby in my arms in the car to their offices where they will give me a baby seat. when i refused someone came with a car seat dragging it on the road after 15min. I canceled the car on the spot. I rented a much expensive car from another company, but I don't car my baby safety first.
