Pros: The representers of the ''Rightcars'' did a very good job in meeting,transfering to the agency and taking back the car and dropping us in the airport. Everything was organised perfectly, the contact was very clear.

Pros: The meet and greet service worked very well with good communicaton, The drop off was exceptionally good as the driver took us to the garage and allowed us to fill up on rute back to the airport. Recommend filling in the advance information request as this made the pick up process quick and easy.

Cons: While it was meet and greet we were driven to and from an office 10 mins from the airport to complete the formalities. Not really a problem but you just need to allow a bit of extra time.

Cons: We had to return the car half full. There was a certain amount of miles it had to be on. We were about 50 km out. They took us to a petrol station to put in another 10 euros worth of fuel. I thought this was a little bit extreme. If we had been nearly empty then I could have understood it. That is the only complaint I have.

I received an explanation how to drive hybrid a I was lent a car charger adapter because my one was not working. My car was older than is usual in car rental companies but I would not recognize it. The car was clean and in good condition. Fuel consumption of my hybrid Nissan Note was just 3,9 l/100 km including driving across high mountains.

Eventually got the manager on the phone and he said that I am letting them know last minute and that he is home having breakfast and that I have to wait for him.

Cons: they were supposed to wait for us at the airport, they were 30min late, in addition they arrived without a baby seat in the car and asked me to carry my baby in my arms in the car to their offices where they will give me a baby seat. when i refused someone came with a car seat dragging it on the road after 15min. I canceled the car on the spot. I rented a much expensive car from another company, but I don't car my baby safety first.

I had to leave my family at the airport to sign the contract papers as they refused to wait for my bags as it was too late, even though them had all my flight details and knew what was going on. My flight back was cancelled and asked if I could have the car for an extra day over the phone, they eventually let me and charged me at a higher rate, but made me feel like an absolute inconvenience.
