CTT Car Rentals at Larnaca Airport

Pros: Very efficient guy was there waiting for us when we arrived. He sent pick up/drop off details which was very easy

Cons: Condition of car, but we had no issues with the car so the condition didnt really matter to us.

Pros: CTT service was excellent. Brought the car to me at the airport so I could move on with my day. Absolutely brilliant

Cons: Agreed full to full on the booking but was provided with 60% fuel which caused an issue

Cons: The instructions for collecting the car were not accurate. After a flight and a late arrival this was extremely disappointing. Returning the car was no better. I received a call from the agent whilst travelling to the airport. 5 people in the car understood it was to be returned to a short stay carpark. On arrival at the carpark I called the agent who was upset I hadn’t taken the car to the arrival drop off point with a 1 minute stop time. When I touched base he was extremely annoying.

Pros: Their quick response to everything we needed, also by WhatsApp during our stay in Cyprus

Cons: booked and paid for Ford Kuga to fit 5 persons and lagguages.we arrived at airport at around 8pm (suppose a meet and greet at arrivals,but we found noone so we had to call and go near departures) we found a much smaller car, Mazda 3. The only option given was take it or no, representative was very rude. We had no other option but to travel for an hr with lagguages on our laps. Then they brought the kuga on wednesday evening after we had to contact discovercars.com directly. Stay away!

Pros: Cosmos cars had excellent customer service. Would highly recommend them!!

Cons: Our flight was delayed and I could not get in contact with the representative at the time, so we arrived later than the declared time. I called on arrival to be yelled at and told that there is no car for us. I had to literally call 4 times and beg for a car apologising every time. The person was sooo rude. Only after saying I was Greek and basically crying he considered helping us sending another person from Cosmo cars.

Pros: Responsive - I was not informed of the car’s fuel. I didn’t ask as I was very delayed and tired, however the car rental staff I was able to call and ask.

Cons: Difficult to find upon pick up. On drop off the staff asked me to leave the car in the airport car park unlocked with the key inside. Very dangerous and I felt liable for the safety of the car. The car’s language was also in Japanese and there was no way to change this.

Pros: The representative Yark is very welcoming, kind and helpful, recommended

Pros: Car quality and condition, price, punctuality. Everything was compliant with the request including baby seat and transmission type.

Pros: Quick pick up. No deposit required, only the debit/credit card info. Good price.

Cons: Fuel policy is written full to full, but in reality it was a quarter tank and I had to return almost half of tank because it's hard to estimate exactly to have a quarter tank when you drop of car. Very old tyres... almost no profile and adherence on them. Overall the technical conditions and visual conditions where poor.

Pros: There was SO many problems : First of all - they didn’t wait at arrivals as stated - I had to go buy a SIM card to call them & then the representative was waiting at Costa drinking coffee. Secondly - I didn’t get the car that I booked - I booked a SUV (that’s why I booked with this specific company) & got a completely different economy 7 seater. Thirdly - the car was broken & when we started driving on the highway pieces of the car started flying off - NIGHTMARE !!!!!

Cons: When I called them they first pretended not to know what I was talking about. After they said yes, there was a problem with the car and only offered me a partial refund to keep the car. I was stuck in Aya Napa I couldn’t find another seven seater which they knew would be the case so they were extremely rude & condescending.

Cons: Only thing was car agreement should have been petrol collect full and return full Car was only half full on collection and then when I went to full it back to half at petrol station guy didn’t speak English and filled car up so we ended up out of pocket. Spoke to Jarek and he said if we book again he would see if he could reimburse us ? We are due back at Easter and come to Cyprus 3-4 times a year so if you can help us we would have no hesitation booking with you every time ?

Cons: There is no service desk. I had to call to know of where I’m picking up the car. The car had a bold tyre when I got it it took half a day to get it sorted. Window was not working and when I reported it a guy called Demetris was very rude and shouting on the phone. Very unprofessional. There is no way you should speak to any customer he did.

Pros: The customer service was terrible and the person we spoke to was very rude. We felt they had been dishonest and misrepresented the cars they have for rental.

Cons: We ordered a Toyota Rush & got a Mazda Premacy. No communication was given that we will not be getting the car we had booked.

Cons: At pick, up we were charged an additional 20 euros, under the premise of airport taxes. REALLY? Never had that before. The car was an old Nissan Match, poor condition, the boot didn't stay open unless you held it up. The radio/cd had power, but neither worked. Upon returning the car, I requested the man (Not Demetrious) signed the form to say I had returned it, he refused, said I was a distrusting foreigner and swore at me as he throw the keys across the road. A most unpleasant experience.

And later a old piece of garbage.. and told .. I signed the contract and it says “or similar” .
