Easy pick up, paid deposit and drove off, and quick drop off, really fast car check for any new damage and fuel leve old car, but still could connect with Bluetooth, but we choose one of the low prices. There were nicer cars on carpark We were a bit gutted we didn't pay more for better car, but for what we need it, it was enough. We dropped car on Sunday and we couldn't wash car- we were not charged for bringing car dirty wich was absolutely amazing!

Pros: Aercar shuttle didn't show up until we called. We had to wait for more than 45mn. The very polite and nice agent thought that it was mentioned in the rental contract that we had to call, which was not. The call was quite costly because it was a roaming call.

Cons: Upon picking up the car, the agent made a mistake when taking the deposit amount out of my debit card which made an unnecessary loss in time and a little argument

Pros: The staff at Aerocar were soooo helpful! He gave me information about things that didn’t relate to Aerocar but was helpful. Returning my car I had issues filling the tank so the man took me to the petrol station (and filled the tank - but I paid..but he did the work) and was just so lovely and helpfull. I really enjoyed my car rental. The car itself wasn’t the nicest (compared to Europe or the US) but it worked great.

Cons: If I had to pick one thing it was that figuring how to use the radio took me a while. But that’s just trying to find something to say.

We checked the car at a pick up station (not leter as they adviced us). So we ended up with car, what we ordred at first (better and newer). I recommend you to check the car even if its dark!

Cons: The vehicle they supplied was damaged on every panel and I felt uncomfortable about this, so had to take videos and photos on collection just in case they blamed us for the damage. The windscreen washers never worked, it didn't need fluid as i checked. Also the £1000 deposit was ridiculously high for a budget vehicle. Especially when I had purchased the higher rate of insurance.

Pros: At first we had misunderstandings regarding the full insurance, but later the situation was resolved. Be sure to take full insurance directly from Aercar, then there is no deposit (for us it would have been 800 euros). In the case of a insurance event, the process is quick and worry-free. The rental price is super affordable. We also got a free upgrade. I would use Aercar's service in the next times as well.

They not only charged us a whole EXTRA day, but said that we had to upgrade the car also for no understandable reason. We had to pay almost 100 euros extra just to keep our booking even though we had the car for less time than booked. The man on the phone was extremely rude and blunt and unhelpful. The car they gave us was NOT upgraded (it was scratched but satisfactory). I would avoid renting from here again
