Pros: Efficient arrival process. Car in much better condition than some rental vehicles we have had.

Cons: Car supplied with faulty wiper that meant we had to return (a 10 mile round trip) to get it fixed. Got funny with us at drop off saying car not full of petrol when we had only travelled 10 miles from the garage we had filled up at.

Cons: We waited over 40 minutes at the airport. The consultant repeatedly assured us the pickup would arrive in ten minutes, but each “ten minutes” turned into a much longer wait. It was horrible.

They gave car with piece of exteria fascia missing and missed off their papers of marks on car. Because of their attitude at collection took a very detailed video . On drop off they pointed out what they missed on our collection, only with video did they go quiet. Other couple before us had same issue with mirror and had to pay fee.

I then had to pay €250 for a taxi to northern Cyprus as well as €200 whilst there to pay for transport as we did not have access to the car I hired. What could have been a fantastic trip has been overshadowed by this poor experience.

Pros: They brought a replacement car to my hotel to replace the first car which had an oil leak. The shuttle bus service from Larnaca airport to Aercar's site worked very well, a short journey with minimum waiting.

Cons: The car which they initially gave me had an oil leak, and this required a lot of messaging to sort out. The office was under-staffed when I arrived, so pick-up took a long time.

Returning my car I had issues filling the tank so the man took me to the petrol station (and filled the tank - but I paid..but he did the work) and was just so lovely and helpfull. I really enjoyed my car rental. The car itself wasn’t the nicest (compared to Europe or the US) but it worked great.

Be sure to take full insurance directly from Aercar, then there is no deposit (for us it would have been 800 euros). In the case of a insurance event, the process is quick and worry-free. Cons: Car not located at airport. It was offsite and had to get a shuttle to it. Car was 9 years old, had 141k miles on the clock!!!!!, poo brown and was a hump of junk and was one car brand at the front, and another at teh rear (suspicious). Even though I reserved a new-looking Aygo or similar.

Pros: Helpful and happy staff

Cons: They had to change the car I have reverved, it had a flat tire when I went to take it from their parking lot. Probably it wasn't properly inspected.

Cons: Pickup from the airport to the company is needed and takes some time. We ordered one car and got another.

Pros: smooth process from shuttle to pick-up and drop-off.

Cons: Nothing major. I had booked a Toyota Aqua for fuel efficiency reasons but was provided with a different car (Toyota Sienta).

Pros: Basically everything was really good. Totally recommended.

Cons: When we were picking up the car we needed to wait at least 45 mins in the airport before the shuttle bus arrived.

Cons: Waiting too long for the shuttle bus upon arrival and waiting long at the queue at the desk + not getting the car we had chosen

Pros: Staff were friendly but after waiting for nearly an hour for a replacement car the least they could have done is bring the car to the office and check it dor faults.

Cons: The first car allocated to me had an air conditioning fault, it took an hour to source an alternative car.The alternative car developed a fault with the tyre pressure sensors and also needed a new rear wiper blade.

Pros: Car had already more then 76000 km and a lot of scratches but it was in a good tuning condition. For us was this perfect.

Pros: Quick pickup from the airport, efficient, fast and pleasant service, upgreding car class with no charge ,clean car.

Cons: Not all defects in the car are marked, as in any rental company, check and take a picture of the vehicle before leaving and ask to mark everything.
