Pros: very quick and professional service when we picked up the car, car was clean and perform the way it should

Cons: No feedback if they have found the car at the parking since drop off was after working hour. I have sent pictures and detailed messages about the location. No reply. Also reserved a bigger car for baggage and got a smaller one (in same category), but smaller.

Cons: The right side front turn indicator light was not working. They exchanged the car the next day. My arrival was several hours delayed as I had missed my original connecting flight. On top of all the frustrations & extra hours flying & waiting in airports, I was charged an out-of-hours fee because I arrived a few minutes after 11pm

Pros: The lady came to pick us up in small 4 people car and she couldn’t take us all. She suggested that one of family member should go on her own, which was not great as it was 11 pm and we shouldn’t be separated. She was very unapologetic in this situation and she was showing her disapproval that the family doesn’t want to separate. She should not interfere in our decision as she didn’t know the reason.

Cons: On the drop off day I came at 5 pm and on the papers I wrote 8 pm. And the lady was very rude about it. She said „8o’clock is 8 o’clock” . I couldn’t understand her problem. Even when I explained that We had to leave our apartment earlier- she started to interfere that I shouldn’t go to the airport so fast. Very very rude. It’s even impossible to explain the feelings we all had around her.

Cons: Car cleanliness, car maintenance could have been better.

Pros: The pickup location was accurate, the pickup process was quick, the drive to collect the car was short—the branch is located near the airport, and the service was excellent—the car handover was fast. Overall, during our short trip, the car met our needs and was perfectly fine.

Cons: The fuel issue bothered us a bit. We didn’t receive the car fully fueled, and we were required to return it the same way. It’s quite challenging at the gas station to refuel to a specific level when it’s not a full tank. It felt like another way to extract some extra money from the renters. I recommend they update the car return location on Google Maps and the Waze app—the location listed there is very far from the actual location.

Pros: You get exactly what is advertised and at a great price with a friendly relaxed service atmosphere.

Cons: The car had a caution light on pickup and the language was Japanese (which was the only language) For me no issues with a technical background. But might not be very nice for most folk.

Cons: The company is very bad. It does not have an office inside the airport, and I could not find it. They sent me a message that someone would wait for me outside. When I arrived at the place outside the airport, I waited half an hour and no one came to take me to the rental office. After that, I had to take a taxi because I had children and the temperature was very high. ...And after half an hour, someone sent me a message asking me where I was??????!!!!!!!!

Pros: The rep at Discovercars was very efficient and found us the best deal in seconds. Katarina in Autounion Larnaca was so patient and professional when i collected the car. My flight was very late and i had no phone battery but she still managed to find me. She helped get the best plan for what I needed. When I handed the car back at ayia napa, Christina was wonderful. She had time to talk. I will definitely recommend you all. I will be using you only whenever I am in Cyprus. Thank you

Cons: All went wrong from arrival and there not being the advertised 'meet & greet'. After trying to contact them, I eventually received a WhatsApp message from them - they assume you use WhatsApp! It was actually a pick up and shuttle bus from an unsignposted bus stop and after sitting out in the heat for a prolonged period and unmarked bus eventually collected me. Didn't take AMEX as advertised, needed MasterCard/Visa for deposit. Deposit was higher than advertised. Car was old and poorly maintained

Cons: Indifferent service! Be aware with the pre- authorisation deposit. They try to hold this for 2 days after dropping of the vehicle. They claim that this is "their policy" but it is not in their written terms and conditions! So, theres's no guarantee that they could claim for damage after dropping it off even after an inspection! Buyer be aware of this!! After a lengthy discussion, they reluctantly released the funds. Fortunately we had enough time to state our case!

Pros: READ OUR EMAIL!!! Wasnt there for meet and greet at airport. Expected a mazda 3 or similar, recieved a dented and scratched non road worthy mini van YOU COULD HEAR MECHANICAL ISSUES while driving we have a 4 year old in the car. Attitude from the staff member as did not want to accept the mini van. Had to call their head office in the morning to get a more acceptable car just to recieve a scratch up older car for the price we paid is absolutely day light robbery.

Cons: READ OUR EMAIL!!! Nothing! Absolutely nothing, the attitude and rudeness was not acceptable behaviour we should of never been offered an unacceptable car in the first place let alone received attitude regarding it. Because we flew out earlier we were told to leave the car in the airport short term car park. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Cons: I give score 5 coz because I was a bit disappointed, I booked the car with full insurance coverage and I paid 38 euros in advance but on arrival at the car retrieval center when i was about to pay the insurance block money,the person told me that only credit cards are accepted according to the insurance policy,i have a french visa card which is equivalent to a credit card in France, that's how it works here and everywhere I travel, he refused to accept it, he asked us 60 more euros for insurance

Cons: Very unprofessional. Lady suggested that I leave my wife and 3 children at the airport late at night whilst I take the short trip to the office to sign paperwork. When I made it clear that this wasn’t an option, the only alternative was to get into the car without child seats. So choice one was to abandon my wife and 3 young children and choice two was to put them into the car without car seats. Car seats we eventually got we’re dirty and had mould spots on them.
