Pros: The transaction process from initiation to completion was exceptionally smooth. Despite our flight being delayed by two hours, I reached out to the office to inform them of the situation. They assured me that the delay would not pose any issues. We arrived at approximately 6:00 AM and subsequently contacted the office. Shortly thereafter, a gentleman arrived at the airport to assist us. Upon our arrival at the office, the gentleman was exceedingly courteous, polite, and professional.

Cons: I would like to commend the exceptional service I received during my recent experience. Upon returning the vehicle, I was warmly greeted by a courteous staff member who displayed a genuine smile. I believe she is originally from Bulgaria. Our conversation was pleasant and engaging, and the paperwork was processed efficiently, allowing us to complete the transaction in a timely manner. Big thank you.

Pros: Staff very kind and explains you everything, the rental process that is very smooth and well managed.

Cons: They tried to charge me loads of extra fees which is a load of bollocks had to hire elsewhere and still havent got my deposit back

Pros: I didn’t like anything about Alamo it was in a difficult to get place, lots of road works and blocked roads I got lost leaving from there and when I returned the car

It is not clear, for example, how I will receive from you, the rental company will collect all the damage from me if I do not take out their insurance. The conditions you offer are not clear whether they cover everything and also how I receive compensation from you in case of damage.

Cons: Car had 151978 kilometres on it at the start (> 90,000 miles). Faulty near side window control and door mirror control, non-working number plate light. Clutch just about at the end of its life and juddering strongly. Had not expected to receive such an old car from such a good brand hire company.
