He addressed every request within seconds and went above and beyond to assist us. We were even offered a brand-new van, different from the one we originally booked, which was a fantastic upgrade and a clear sign of how committed this agency is to customer satisfaction. Mr. Paupoutsis’ professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude make him an outstanding representative of ALAMO.

Pros: The transaction process from initiation to completion was exceptionally smooth. Despite our flight being delayed by two hours, I reached out to the office to inform them of the situation. They assured me that the delay would not pose any issues. We arrived at approximately 6:00 AM and subsequently contacted the office. Shortly thereafter, a gentleman arrived at the airport to assist us. Upon our arrival at the office, the gentleman was exceedingly courteous, polite, and professional.

Cons: I would like to commend the exceptional service I received during my recent experience. Upon returning the vehicle, I was warmly greeted by a courteous staff member who displayed a genuine smile. I believe she is originally from Bulgaria. Our conversation was pleasant and engaging, and the paperwork was processed efficiently, allowing us to complete the transaction in a timely manner. Big thank you.

The conditions you offer are not clear whether they cover everything and also how I receive compensation from you in case of damage.

Clutch just about at the end of its life and juddering strongly. Had not expected to receive such an old car from such a good brand hire company.
