Cons: Refused to allow phone to pay. Amex. Etc so almost didn’t get car. Never ever had such issues with any other car rental. A miracle they accepted my debit with a big fee. Gave me fuel part empty. Returned part empty and he said I should fill it. I explained I cannot guess the fill volume. Again 100s car rentals. Never had that. He then charged me a fee for the service. I want that back. Terrible

He addressed every request within seconds and went above and beyond to assist us. We were even offered a brand-new van, different from the one we originally booked, which was a fantastic upgrade and a clear sign of how committed this agency is to customer satisfaction. Mr. Paupoutsis’ professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude make him an outstanding representative of ALAMO.

Pros: The transaction process from initiation to completion was exceptionally smooth. Despite our flight being delayed by two hours, I reached out to the office to inform them of the situation. They assured me that the delay would not pose any issues. We arrived at approximately 6:00 AM and subsequently contacted the office. Shortly thereafter, a gentleman arrived at the airport to assist us. Upon our arrival at the office, the gentleman was exceedingly courteous, polite, and professional.

Cons: I would like to commend the exceptional service I received during my recent experience. Upon returning the vehicle, I was warmly greeted by a courteous staff member who displayed a genuine smile. I believe she is originally from Bulgaria. Our conversation was pleasant and engaging, and the paperwork was processed efficiently, allowing us to complete the transaction in a timely manner. Big thank you.

Clutch just about at the end of its life and juddering strongly. Had not expected to receive such an old car from such a good brand hire company.
