Pros: Great experience! The service was very good — everything was easy, quick, and hassle-free.

Cons: One area for improvement would be the condition of the car: there was an unpleasant smell inside, and it didn’t have a satnav, which would have been very useful. Addressing these points would make the overall experience even better.

Cons: There was a long line in the airport desk and we spent a too long time with babies and small kids.

Cons: Chap on desk. We made it clear we wanted no upgrades or. Just vehicle we had picked or similar. Tried to upset on car type would not let me pay holding deposit as husband is driver. I offered proof of ID etc but said I needed to be added to insurance to use my card. Only offered to pay as due to all questions my husband forgot his pin number

Cons: Trying to find it in the car rental hall was very difficult. I had to ask. The initial car wouldn’t start when miles from anywhere but a very quick response to put it right. Impressed

Cons: We didn’t get the car advertised. Would of been helpful having a separate desk for precooked cars as has to wait for people who were arranging a hire on the day.

Cons: I paid for one category and was given a different category. Sixth confirmed that I was added into the wrong category. This meant a I had to pay extra for the car on my arrival due to an admin error

Pros: Once we found the rentak desk (small sign beside Sixt where you book in), staff were very friendly and efficient. Took only a few minutes and we were collecting (uograded vehicle)

Cons: The agent who actually got the car, took pictures etc. was not particularly friendly. Tried to rush us, didn’t answer our questions, walked off and started serving someone else. Wouldn’t use Sixt or Get your Car again.

Pros: Helpful and friendly staff who made the whole experience stress-free. Mr Massey(?) at the front desk was very efficient and welcoming. Andreous who prepared our car was so professional. Natalie who sorted us out at the car return point, was so kind and friendly. 10 out of 10!

Pros: Guys who dealt with actual car collection/drop off were efficient and friendly. Clearly identified minor damage and arranged for accurate photo record to be emailed. TYhey also didn't mind when I carried out my own thorough inspection and took my own photos.
