Pros: Didn't feel overly pressured to pay for extras which is why I chose to pay the 70€ fuel option. I don't usually pay for any extra options as I hate the hard sell most hire car staff use

Cons: Trying to find it in the car rental hall was very difficult. I had to ask. The initial car wouldn’t start when miles from anywhere but a very quick response to put it right. Impressed

Pros: Helpful and friendly staff who made the whole experience stress-free. Mr Massey(?) at the front desk was very efficient and welcoming. Andreous who prepared our car was so professional. Natalie who sorted us out at the car return point, was so kind and friendly. 10 out of 10!
