Cons: On presenting the car I would like to hear more info about company policy - for speeding tickets and other fines, for returning the car not cleaned, etc

Cons: The rental company "GreenMotion" claimed there had been a little new scratch on the car after return. I was not aware of that, and photos don't even show somethig, though, I believe they just made it up to get more money from me. No response to my email with complaint. Luckily, the full coverage from DiscoverCars covered that.

Pros: Good service. Helpt to solve problems with two flat tires. Took several hours due to distance and road conditions.

Pros: The entire experience was super positive once again. It's the second time we rent a car with Green Motion when going to Cyprus and everything went pretty well. Even though we arrived in Larnaca at 1 in the morning, the pick up driver was waiting for is and the pick up of the car was without stress.

Cons: Management should only organize better the amount of employees when they know that an larger influx of clients is coming so their pick up van does not get full and have to leave people waiting at the airport for the next pick up because the driver and the person that is releasing the car are the same. It's was very unfair to the employee that was alone that night.

Pros: Friendly people who were always on the phone when needed. They were looking for solutions instead telling me that there is a problem.

Cons: The shuttle bus did not have lowered steps for my disabled wife who found it difficult to get on & off.

Cons: Everything seems to be good. However, i was not able to made aware of all the options. There was an option of buying full insurance through the rental company and waive off the complete deposit amount. This would have saved me from paying it insurance twice.you should have this clearly mention on your website.

Pros: When collecting the car the lady did her utmost to find me the best car from a very poor selection available. She was extremely patient especially when I refused 3 cars as they had no spare tyre or jacks. As I was staying in the mountains and have encountered flat tyres up there before, a spare tyre was imperative.

Pros: The lady at the rental company spoke to us disparagingly And she was not willing to give us details about the rental in any of our questions, she scolded us for asking the company from which we made the reservation In the end we didn't rent the car and yet they charged us a bass

Cons: Car that was provided was old and beat up, 120k km for a rental car is really high. The child seats was very dirty and although they went to the washing facility where they actually wash the cars, they brought child seat in the same condition.

It broke down one day without car then replaced with 5 seater for 3 days cost us extra in taxis to accommodate. End rental refunded only 120 euro this did not even cover taxi. Also brought repaired car back empty but tried saying it had half tank

Pros: I had problem with the battery in protaras. I called the office in larnaka and after just 40 minits the electrition came and replace it. It was so fast i was in shock. Me and my wife thouth we gonna wait at least 2 - 3 hours.. It was a very great and very fast service. The people at the office are very kind. Next time i'll come again for sure 👌

Cons: Allegedly, they did not have any record of me booking and paying for the baby seat, which could have been an issue. Luckily they managed to have some available, however it significantly delayed the whole collection process. But if they hadn't had one, it could have been a serious problem.

Cons: a) when collecting the car the clerk tried very hard to sell extra insurance although I told her that I had purchased excess cover from Greenmotion. She was very persistent and claimed no to know the terms of the Greenmotion cover which I fnd hard to believe as Europcar obviously get lots of bookings thru GreenMotion. She said are you sure you're covered for wheels, tyres and went on and on. It was only after I managed to connect to the net and download the policy did she relent.

Cons: the car's petrol guage was broken, so when i filled it to full, there was a long conversation on if it was really full.
