Cons: You have to go upstairs to the departures bit of the airport and there's only 1 lift which is on the opposite end of the terminal to where you come out. New system was faulty and took a while for them to get me on the system... Not ideal at midnight with a 4 month old baby after a 5 hour flight.

Cons: Representative was not waiting for us outside the terminal as indicated on my booking voucher. No real problem as they were easily contactable by phone and arrived with shuttle 5 minutes later.

Cons: Took an hour to find the representative, as the boss of the Company wouldn't answer her phone or messages. She only answered when my dad called from a local number. Fuel policy is ridiculous. Expecting you to bring back the vehicle with the same amount of fuel that was in the tank when you collected it.

Pros: We have rented the car in Larnaca (20 until 27 Sept 2023). AutoRent was waiting for us at the Airport timely, and the employee Nick offered a great level of needed information and usage instructions. His kindness, pleasant personality, and high level of professionalism are very much appreciated and we are very grateful for that.

Cons: We liked everything and we would use this good experience for a recommendation of AutoRent Cyprus to any of our friends interested in spending a holiday in Cyprus and renting a car. Keep up the good work! All the best

Cons: Drop off the car was absolutely atrocious! Staff present rude, ignorant and disrespectful. There was 3 other cars and I understand that he may have been busy but does not give anyone right to be rude. Very unpleasant experience

Cons: When I arrived to collect the car I expect a car newer than 2016 with 113km on the clocked. When ordered the car I asked for a Manuel car but was given an automatic, also on the paper work your fuel policy was full to full but when I collected the car it was only half full. Also the air conditioning wasn’t working correctly which would have been beneficial in the Cypriot weather.

Pros: Very good service! We had a small car which was perfect for getting around the island. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Cons: Guy who rented us the car had very little knowledge and all of our details were incorrect. Was painful. On the way back they tried to sting us for a scratch on the front of the car but luckily we had taken videos of the damage when we picked the car up.

Pros: When I landed, they texted me where to go and meet their shuttle to the office. They took care of me and got me out and on the road pretty quickly.

Cons: When I returned the vehicle, there were two agents both working with customers and each took more than 30 minutes and didn’t acknowledge others including myself waiting, or even try and help us. I had a flight to catch as I’m sure others did too. The mid efficiency level upon returning the car wasn’t very good.

Cons: There are couple of suggestions i would like to make. 1- There was no defined pickukp point. It should be very clear on the booking where to pick up when you land. we rang and had to wait outside costa coffee to be picked up (which we were told on the phone when we rang). It would be nice to be given these details in advance in case we dont have phone access 2- The return car directions were not given. It was lucky i saved the location on google map just in case. I used that to return the car.

Cons: On arrival it took 5 phone calls by other car rental services, security and is to requests pick up. They kept saying someone was coming but we waited for over an hour for someone to come. When he did he said he was picking up 2 other customers who had just arrived. However 4 of us had been waiting for well over an hour by this time. No apologist. Fuel tank only quarter full and told us to find a petrol station. Also a flat tyre!!!! Not impressed with auto rent.

Pros: The car was rented to me with a bald tyre. I asked for a replacement car on many time but was a replacement would be delivered but then told they did not have availability. I was then forced to return the car in a dangerous condition to them otherwise I would miss my return flight . I would never use Discover again.

Cons: The car was a death trap... the rear tyre of the car shredded on the way to the airport. We were left on the side of the motorway (A5) shaken. Julia the rep tried to contact her colleague to rescue us but he wasn’t answering his phone. Also the engine light was on the whole time we had it. We called Autorent who told us we shouldn’t be so concerned as it’s not an issue in Cyprus for cars to have this??!!! We told them in the UK,it’s not acceptable-the car shouldn’t be on the road.

Pros: The service was brilliant, was picked up from the airport and in the car within 20 minutes. The rep was brilliant and even threw up in a cheeky free upgrade. 10/10

The air conditioning died in the car on the second day of having it. The radio was having its own mind about which channel and at what volume to play.

Saying the manager who has the key to the safe is not around!5 weeks and daily phone calls and messages with the manager later and I still didn’t get my money back! Watch out they lied to me every day saying they will pay and I’m still waiting at this day! The car wasn’t at all the one promoted on the website. The engine warning sign was on the whole time and we where told that is normal.

Whilst this isn't their fault I don't understand why details couldn't have been emailed to me once the booking was confirmed / a couple of days before the booking began. Car was as booked (Kia Pecanto) but had an issue with the central locking which was very frustrating

I had to call them. - Very old car - Even though the fuel policy of Discover Cars was full to full, they informed me that the car has 2 lines and I should return it back with the same amount. I explained them about your fuel policy but they told me that they are a new company and they try now to fix that problem with a local provider. - The day that I had to return the car, the office was closed. I had to call them to open the office.

Cons: Rep. wasn't at the airport, took 20 minutes to arrive after 2-3 phone calls. He admitted that they didn't have the car advertised on their website that we'd asked for. car had rubbish in it, rear no. plate rattled, washer fluid was just water, wiper blades didn't work, causing me to hit a rock at the side of the road when pulling in to wipe the windows. Refused to give us details so we could claim from ins. and took it from the security deposit without informing us.

Cons: The employee described the scratches not accurate - In the end, I had to pay 150 euros for the scratch I didn't make. Someone could have scratched the car on the parking while I'm away, but I don't believe this: the scratch was old. The tyre pressure sensor showed an alert once. I came to the company for repair, but employee said "it's OK, there's no problem" and simply shut down alert. That's dangerous! You can't close eye on broken tyres!That's not OK! I had to patch it at the tyre service.
