Cons: On e it was my turn, the agent kept helping his colleague with another clientAwful and rude personnel upon check-in. They didnt bother to walk me to the car, nor to check the gas levels, nor to do a walk around the car.

Cons: The agent who picked us up. We put down 3AM. Was not picked up until after 4AM. No customer service at all .No help to put bags in car, no communication at all - said hello just looked at us and straight open boot door and close and then back to his driving seat. Pick up direction not clear online - you will need to wait around the Costa. The car rented was absolutely a banger (damage to cosmetics, no phone holder, charger. Old portable ster but you get what you paid for.

Cons: I was given a very old car completely different to what I ordered (I was given a 7 seater people carrier, I ordered a Nissan note). The number to call does not work, we luckily saw the van driving by the departures and stopped him. Car hadn’t been cleaned from previous renters.

Pros: I recently rented a car from AutoRent Cyprus at their Larnaca location and had a positive experience overall. The service was good and the staff were genuinely helpful throughout the process, reliable and affordable car rental service in Larnaca. The helpful staff and efficient service made my rental experience pleasant and hassle-free.

Cons: Honestly, for the price I paid, I have no real complaints. While the car showed some signs of use as you'd expect from a rental vehicle, it was mechanically sound and served its purpose well. When you factor in the competitive rates, the overall package represents excellent value.

Autorent couldn’t understand why satnav was added given little demand in Cyprus for satnav and most cars don’t have. Price was therefore adjusted downwards but meant we had to use phones to navigate.

Tried to force us into having extra car insurance and when I refused became really agressive and gave us the worst car in the lot and refused to give us the free additional driver as promised in the deal. The car drove awfully - the car stuttered as we went downhill, the brakes were loud and smelly and the steering wheel was all over the place. Car had 30km of petrol when told it was 1/3 full.

Hence we had to put up with the inconvenience for our 20 day rental period The car was 9 years old, expected something newer

Pros: Would not recommend this company, cars are dreadful, flat tyre led one of us to miss a flight, we obtained another and were told to ignore the flat tyre warnings as apparently they all have them in the winter? !!

Cons: Everything is totally unorganised, couldn't find driver. He swore at me and Mt son for apparently waiting in the wrong place. But there is no designated place.

Pros: I like that I was given a Skoda and not the typical rubbish Kia

Cons: You have to go upstairs to the departures bit of the airport and there's only 1 lift which is on the opposite end of the terminal to where you come out. New system was faulty and took a while for them to get me on the system... Not ideal at midnight with a 4 month old baby after a 5 hour flight.

Pros: the second car they gave me was ok

Cons: long time, no air on wheels and they told me "no need", it was 0.7!, bad bad attitude

Pros: The rental guy, he is half Cypriot hald Iranian. He was such a nice, helpful and caring person! Thank you so much, he made our stay in Cyprus really nicer. Raise his wage, he deserves more!

Pros: The lady who was working when we returned the vehicle was so efficient and friendly.

Pros: The agent who processed my booking was welcoming and very courteous. Complimentary upgrade of vehicle was much appreciated.

Cons: Representative was not waiting for us outside the terminal as indicated on my booking voucher. No real problem as they were easily contactable by phone and arrived with shuttle 5 minutes later.

Pros: Dimiti who checked us out, was very quick and efficient. Due to time taken to check in, we arrived early to drop car off but needn't have worried.

Pros: Customer service varies, 1st car wasn’t great and had a gear box failure, however they exchanged the car not problem.

Cons: No clear instructions about where to go when you reached the airport, had to ring the number on booking form, and some of the agents could cheer up a bit, the stock and quality of cars needs to be looked at, however you get what you pay for and they were one of the lowest priced

Cons: Took an hour to find the representative, as the boss of the Company wouldn't answer her phone or messages. She only answered when my dad called from a local number. Fuel policy is ridiculous. Expecting you to bring back the vehicle with the same amount of fuel that was in the tank when you collected it.

Pros: We have rented the car in Larnaca (20 until 27 Sept 2023). AutoRent was waiting for us at the Airport timely, and the employee Nick offered a great level of needed information and usage instructions. His kindness, pleasant personality, and high level of professionalism are very much appreciated and we are very grateful for that.
