Nothing worked. The Customer Service line was answered quickly and they had a service call arrive to us within 45 minutes. The service mechanic got the car started and we had no further issues the remaining days of our trip. It was worrisome, but within the hour we were set right.

( kan bara prata lite av språket) så när jag inte förstod vad han sa på polska efter det blev han arg för att jag utgav mig för att kunna språket. I am certain I was taken for $170. For this reason, I would be hesitant to deal with FlexToGo again

Also I had to come back earlier so I called the number I was give on the contract to let them know and asked if there is anything I need to do to avoid any issues if I return the car early.

Another car was provided, which was obviously more expensive. Was also charged for the 2nd driver. The chaild seat for 2 year old was old, ripped all over and dirty. No installation instructions or help from the agent to install. Had to wait 30 mims for the seat and took me another 30 mins to figure out how to install.

Cons: Despite purchasing insurance via discoverycars website, agent tried to 'sell' the different options of coverage during the pick up which were very costly. There is a requirement to return cleaned car (inside and outside)- needed to go to car wash just before entering the airport as it was raining on the way and car got a bit dirty. This is not very convenient. Not sure if customers are charged if car is not sufficiently cleaned on the outside.

Cons: The car transmission was strange - it was an automatic transmission, new car (20000 km only) but when I was on a slope and put “reverse”, the car was sliding down the hill anyway. Same when driving to the opposite direction. I flagged the car transmission problems to the supplier at dropping off at the airport.

Cons: On top of being scammed, we were told over the phone that we would easily be provided a rental baby car seat. The car seat was, I believe, borrowed from another company and was so terrible that if we had been in an accident, our baby surely would have died. Its astounding how bad this rental company is.

Pros: I was very very very disappointed with the service, when I got to the desk I was told the car is not ready and I would have to wait unless I wanted more expensive car. In the end I did not get the car that I wanted.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that all the agents were interested in was to sell me the most expensive insurance and told me that what I selected online didn't cover me for anything. Very disappointing.

Cons: The agent was very unprofessional and the rate I was promised was not what he gave me at the pickup desk. I realized that after converting the PLN to USD. There was also an extra fee for the additional driver even though I requested it upfront. I had to decline it which complicated our trip. The most surprising fact was that I was asked to bring the car washed and cleaned after the rental. I was overcharged for the security deposit, where I was charged $2,000 instead of $1,000.

Cons: I waited (during business hours !) 20 minutes for an agent to arrive to the desk while it was business hours and while agent was supposed to be at desk. Cross country fee of Flex is much higher than all other Rental companies in Poland (Ace take 30 Euro. Flex took 80 Euro).
