Cons: Exceptionally unfriendly check in agents. They tried to force us to buy very expensive insurance, and even threatened us that if we do not clean the car thoroughly, we will be charged some 100EUR cleaning fee. We were also charged an extra 5EUR with the excuse of currency conversion fees.

We are in Poland not Dubai, it would cost like 20 eur max! And it is winter, where there is wet snow and roads with sand, they expect you to bring the car spotless! Cons: The costumer service is very poor.. my flight was delayed by over 2 hours and I had prove of it and the flight number was included on reservation but the person at the desk did not accept that and my original reservation was cancelled and my and I had to rent the same car for twice the amount. Also I had to come back earlier so I called the number I was give on the contract to let them know and asked if there is anything I need to do to avoid any issues if I return the car early.

One picture was of a little water on the floor mat. The other was some spilt drink on the seat very quick to clean as part normal process

Another car was provided, which was obviously more expensive. Was also charged for the 2nd driver. The chaild seat for 2 year old was old, ripped all over and dirty. No installation instructions or help from the agent to install. Had to wait 30 mims for the seat and took me another 30 mins to figure out how to install.

Cons: Despite purchasing insurance via discoverycars website, agent tried to 'sell' the different options of coverage during the pick up which were very costly. There is a requirement to return cleaned car (inside and outside)- needed to go to car wash just before entering the airport as it was raining on the way and car got a bit dirty. This is not very convenient. Not sure if customers are charged if car is not sufficiently cleaned on the outside.
