Pros: Siamo arrivati al desk 10 minuti oltre l'orario limite a causa di un problema al ritiro bagagli. Ci hanno detto che il contratto era scaduto, perso. Ci hanno poi proposto (imposto) un esborso di ulteriori 420 Euro per una vettura diversa da quella desiderata (Toyota Hilux) che abbiamo riconsegnato tre giorni dopo all'areoporto di Varsavia.
Cons: Il supporto del Customer Service telefonico che ci ha aiutato a sostituire l'auto che l'addetto al desk di Cracovia ci aveva assegnato con un aggravio di ulteriori 420 Euro

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
