Pros: Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 22:00, I got sms from addcar that thier desk is located 100m out the airport, I spent two hours trying to find them when my wife waiting with a sleeping baby at the airport, at the end we took a taxi, The next day, I used the reception phone to call them, it turned out that they changed thier location and thier office is inside the airport, The guy told me that he didn't have the car that I ordered and he don't have any car to give me although I order

Cons: For 7 days, I spent my all morning to try to find a solution for me problem, at the end I called him and I insisted to have a car even a dirty car, At 13:00 I took a taxi to the airport and took whatever they got just to continue my trip.

Pros: Car was clean

Cons: They lost my reservation and tucked 1h to pick me up from the airport. Agend informed me that the car has winter tires on, when first snow hit the ground car was not able to be driven since those were summer tires. During booking inf was provided that car will travel abroad but they charge me extra 170Euro for crossing the boarder. Car wasnt fully tank was 75% of the fuel in the tank!!!! This is joke company will never come back.

Pros: Very fast, helpful, puts you at ease and explains everything. After giving the car back offered a car ride to the terminal, just outside the right door. Didn'thave to worry about dragging all suitcases myself. I forgot my jacket at the car - the driver returned it to me almost immediately. I would definitely recommend it. Wholeheartedly!

Cons: It took a 2,5 hrs to pick up the car because the agents were useless. It took shorter to fly from our country of departure to Poland. The cars (we tried two because the seat belt in the first one did not work) were filthy. And I noticed the same was the case for the people renting right before us.

Pros: Overall, the person picking us up was kind and behaved professionally; he noted the problems we had had during the rental period at the end and hopefully, the company will reflect and try not to make the same mistakes again. We also received a bigger car than we initially asked for which made our driving more comfortable.

Cons: The car wasn't washed and was dirty both outside & inside. Moreover, the pick-up point of the car was not at the airport as suggested on the website but at the nearby parking which delayed unnecessarily our further journey. The 12V socket inside the car wasn't working and we couldn't charge both phones while driving - that was reported to the person picking up the car. Finally, there was no screen wash fluid in the car which we needed to supply ourselves. Something to reflect on and improve.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
Payment policy
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
If the customer wishes to use Debit cards, he/she will be required to purchase Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW).

Maestro, Cash, Cheques is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Geographical restrictions
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following territory: European Union.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Delivery fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
