Cons: I was accused of causing tiny scratch wchich it was before I rent a car,for sure. Next time I am going to inspect any centimeter of car body and ask to document any scratches.

Cons: when i get back the car they said that its ascrach on the right side it was alittle one i clean it with a weap and you cant see it but they insist that its there and what me to pay 1750 zloti i call the police and they come and make a report that is not scrach on the car and i go from there and they didt They did not return the deposit of 5600 zlotys i want thet you will help me to get it back immedetely i have also picters and video of the car and you can see that is no scraches/

Cons: Car pickup and drop are NOT at the KRAKOW AIRPORT. Even the taxi driver could not find it.
Pros: Car was wanderfull but there were questions to the glass. Both windows were not OK. They were clean but there were feeling that thay have some coating on glass that was wery hard to clean, but it was inpossible to drive in the dark time.

Cons: They are out to get you from the get go. They didn't give me the car specified (mini) but rather a 7 seater maxi. Scaming for light scratched which cant been seen easily and which are not on the pre-scratch report they make you sign .

Cons: Told to bring back with full tank of fuel and must of been uses for running around as less than 5mins down the road fuel went down. No one around for drop off and no one to sort deposit. They do push extra insurance massively.
Pros: The agent at the desk was very professional and helping with most queries. The car is brand new and was in good condition. However there was little issue with the winter tyres rolling back in icy conditions.

Cons: They tried to apportion blame about damage to the car. This was untrue and I had photographic evidence that they were incorrect. They told me that it was ok as I had full insurance cover through the broker, but the fact remains that I had not damaged the car. My photos proved this.

Pros: Car was in great condition, cost of hire was extremely reasonable for the type of vehicle (SUV). Once at the hire desk, the process was very straightforward.
Cons: Think the pick up instructions could be clearer. From the instructions we were expecting a meet and greet service but then found out after wasting a bit of time at the airport that we had to phone the hire company for a pick up as the car hire desk was about 2 mins drive from the airport. From that point everything went smoothly. Car mats were literally dripping wet.
Pros: - the email communication before renting was good, they have answered my questions swiftly - both the collecting and returning the car was fast and effective - staff was helpful, the car was clean and in good condition - I wasn’t harassed at delivery of the car (that happened to me twice in Krakow this year with other companies, so I was very worried indeed).

Pros: The car was a great value and clean. Drop off was quick and shuttle van and driver near by. Small airport shuttle drive less than 4 minutes. Friendly driver.
Cons: Pickup was complicated. Without phone service it is difficult to call. Luckily airport info helped us with a free to use landline phone. I have been going to Poland for 25 years, I found the employee at the rental counter quite minimal in his effort, attitude and information. I had to type in my own information on his laptop and sign a bunch of things without seeing the or receiving a printed copy. He said it would be in my email? Customer service I imagine of communist times.
Cons: Nobody was waiting at the information stand (as was described in the contract) and after waiting for a while I phoned and asked what is the next step to pick up the car. About 10 minutes later a representative appeared.

Cons: They didn't turn up with the vehicle. I spent 2 hours in the airport trying ti get intouch with them. The staff were extremely rude. And in the end I couldn't have a vehicle because I didn't have a credit card. This was not clear that 1 was required at all before purchasing. Definitely do not use this company.

Cons: High pressure desk person trying to force me to take out extra insurance which cost more than the rental. Took over an hour to collect car in the end as no one at airport and had to call them and wait for someone to collect us. Would not accept my Visa card unless I took out the extra insurance. I had to call uk and arrange for extra limit on my other credit card as they would not accept my sisters card either.

A young driver fee of 24.97 EUR per rental applies to drivers under the age of 23.
Maximum rental age is 98 years.
A senior driver fee of 4.99 EUR per day, with a maximum of 24.97 EUR per rental applies to drivers above the age of 71.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Renters from the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, China, Japan, USA must provide the following documents: International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Prepaid cards, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
During winter season (from 01.11 until 31.03) Winter tires are included in price.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
