Cons: No flexibility. He could not pick us up, instead of mentioned meer and greet. We had problems with the creditcard, which could only be fixed if we booked the amazingly expensive insurance. All tricks from the book came in. Rented all over the planet, nothing like this. It is a comaker working for Ace Rental. Just now a read another review two weeks before our trip. Sad experience. Hope the person gets his bonus, otherwise we have no idea why you want to do this in the middle of the night..

Pros: Car was nice, clean, reliable. Pick up, once connected, was fairly quick but not convenient.

Cons: Drop-off was stressful and unnecessary. We weren't sure or reassured we'd get a ride to the airport. We called two days before to make sure someone was able to meet us and nobody was there. We luckily found someone and they reluctantly drove us.

Pros: There was no desk at airport and he was claimin there is , it was located 500m away form airport.

Cons: deposit meant to be 400£ aprox for deposit and I've been charged 600£aprox without confurmation from paying unit. Re0resentant ACE ren a car did not want my TSB credit card as he was claiming that is not a bank and its on line credit card like REVOLUT , when he was told TSB is a proper bank he said that Im not going to tell him what to accept= overall i kept quite as it was 1.30am so definitely did not want any problems and was needing any car.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1210.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.

Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: European Union.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
