Pros: Fairly quick, agent very friendly and helpful. Easy to find in the terminal of Kraków-Balice airport.

Cons: Insurance of the car was expensive. For 11 days i have paid 990 zł (£203). That was full cover, though. Car itself costed around £124. Where is the sense in this?

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Everything. Unhelpful staff. Released the car due to delayed flight, but offered us the same car for 3x what we paid (on top of what we paid!). Also do not accept credit card for guarantee unless the names matches driving license EXACTLY which most UK banks do not …. Well they will accept it if you pay 160 euros extra which is non refundable. Fraudulent.

Pros: Car was similat to the SUV I have ordered. Comfortable to drive and good on fuel. Nice and clean aswell

Cons: The receptionist during pickup was rude, pushy selling their own insurance, using scare tactics. Gave us no drop off details, didn'tbreturn my voucher, never received any pick up protocol either. Our flight was delayed quite badly and I have tried calling Flex around 15-20 times and nobody answered the phone. Phone number was correct aswell as confirmed by the rude receptionist. There was also an issue with child seat but that was solved by the technical guy and we was good.

Pros: Poor service and attitude at pick up.

Cons: I took a video of the car on pick up which showed damage to car. However, on return car was signed off by rep. Then 2 weeks later they tried to take over £1000 from my bank account. Luckily for me my bank blocked these payments. They were charging for damage but my video showed this damage was there before my hire period. Didn’t even reply to my email.

Pros: Online customer service 👍

Cons: The agent does not check the correctness of the customer's data (e-mail address, telephone number). When I asked to print the car transfer agreement... the printer ran out of ink! I received information that the insurance contract I concluded on the Discover Cars website is worthless! Disrespectful approach to the customer. Only customer service (online)works efficiently and quickly.

Pros: Nothing !! They are absolute scamers!!!! Trying to charge me for renting a car 6 days after car is returned. Wish i saw trust pilot before used them through your website

Cons: Cheeky disgusting scam company. I will not use them never again, and discourage all the people i know of their company. After release deposit when car was returned, they have charged me again, sending a receipt for car rental in the period, which i paid for straight upon pickup. Now i have to chase them bastards, which costs me time and nerves

Cons: I would like the car inspected at the same time as the car is being dropped so we could clearly see the time the overall checks happens. We have been charged for the damage to the car that we did not cause/noticed when we returned the car. The photos we took did not reflect the damage shown by the car rental company. However, luckily full coverage helped to cover this cost.
