Pros: Used it for the first time and I will use it again, especially that now I know how to get to the other car suppliers

Pros: Staff is very polite and make no any problems.

Cons: Aygo X (car which I have choose) has weak engne and could be cleaner.

Pros: Car was available, on time, and ran well. Pick up and drop off were quick and explained well.

Cons: Passenger mirror was shattered but still serviceable. Minor gripe.

Cons: I didn't expect the car to be outside the airport parking lot. The car rental company sent me the location the day before the rental and didn't offer a shuttle service from the airport. They also didn't offer a shuttle service when dropping off the car, even though it was included in the price.

Pros: Friendly, efficient, honest. The agent messaged me on the day of car collection, service was good and seamless. The car came in good condition, no up-selling of insurance.

Cons: Car was dirty and it needed maintenance. Driving was OK but it was annoying to see that car is more than 10000 km beyond the scheduled maintenance.

Cons: The car was not properly washed when I received it. The service wasn't super friendly but it was quite efficient and polite enough.

Couldn't help you at all and just try sell you something that even don't know what he does talking about. Help desk don't speak Polish nor English!!!!! (rental in Poland)

Cons: Worst car rental experience I have ever had. I was told we would be picked up by shuttle bus after calling their office. I called the office 27 times (no exaggeration), but had no answer at all. I found their location on google and had to walk by a very busy road with all of my luggage to their office. we were told by other customers that were waiting , that there is a 2 hours queue to collect a car, which we had to wait. Cons: Beginning of December, car with summer tyres on, at the same time with heavy snowfall alert. Wish to know about tyres before picked up car, not during snowfall when couldn’t stop car (driving 30km/h). Person at the desk speaks only Italian and very broken English, kind of hard for first timers. Hard to contact still within opening hours.

Cons: Receptionist didn't speak English or local language, hard to understand. He didn't explain properly renting the car. I booked a car and I received different car which was more expensive then should be, because I paid debit card instead of credit card. I will never use this company again.
