Pros: Surprice was excellent. I had read some mixed reviews about their service and I was a little unsure because their price was significantly better than other options. When I arrived they had a desk in Krakow airport with all the other companies. They were fast in processing and my car was ready and in great condition. I chose not to use their or any other insurance as my credit card covers me and that was fine. Returning was just as quick and there were no surprises.

Pros: Everything was bad, car was damaged

Cons: They do not submit the damages in the car while pick up, so once you bring the car back they charge you for that. Once I read the comments in google I found out that many other people had the same problem. Also when I insisted that I did not damage the car, the agent was not happy, then he drove very dangerously through our trip to airport. It was a total failure, I can not believe they had an excellent rating in your website.

Pros: The office was close to the airport and the transfer from and to airport was efficient.

Cons: A late payment was incurred for a later pick-up due to flight delay (although I telephoned the office and we were at the airport before office closing time). We were told someone would come to meet us in 10mins but they were 30mins. They told us we had damaged the car, when in fact that damage was already noted on the car hire documentation on pick up. They invoiced us for £150 for the damage. We're yet to find out if the money has been taken off our credit card (which we will need to reclaim).

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 700.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 66.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Customers not resident in EU countries are required to present the following document(s): International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, flight information, paper copy of driving license, boarding pass.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.

Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, European Union. Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.

Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 240 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
