PANEK at Krakow Airport

Pros: Wszystko przebiegło szybko i sprawnie.

Cons: Ciśnienie w oponach było niskie, brak płynu do spryskiwaczy.

Pros: Returning the car was quick and the complaints that I had were listened too, however I do not have a resolution as yet.

Cons: Booked a full size SUV, was provided a compact SUV at best, was advised that for Panek this is also classed as a full-size SUV and they have no other car types. The car provided was a VW T-Roc. The car wasn't clean, inside there were chocolate wrappers and a half eaten chocolate bar. I have emailed twice now with no response from Panek.

Cons: Reservation was cancelled couple of hours before pickup, family with children stranded at the airport with no car!!!!!!!!! No communication from anyone. Disgusted!!!!!

Pros: Good, but thay can do more with my situation.

Pros: As mentioned above they cancelled the car hire and offered me a very expensive hire instead

Cons: The lack of flexibility. My flight was delayed due to a storm. I was left stranded in Krakow. So I was extremely disappointed and upset.

Cons: You left me phone number if something happend .. i called 2 days before that flight i have is delayed and i will come 2 hours later .. there was not car for me

Cons: I was additionally charged around £300 for full insurance. I did not need it (as I already had one) nor did I request it. Panek claimed that since my credit card had only my initials rather than my full name (which had never been a problem before), they could not rent the car to me unless I bought their full insurance. So, I was charged an extra £300 (twice the amount of the original rental price), and suddenly, the initial on my credit card was no longer a problem.

Pros: Great service

Cons: Panek Provided a dirty, damaged vehicle, claimed we drove over eight thousand Kilometers (luckily we had unlimited mileage) over 6 days and has scammed us through an extra insurance they sold front as a deposit.

Cons: The car’s driver seat was substantially stained, the dashboard control light (tyre pressure) was on since the start

Cons: I got a Volvo instead of a Mercedes SUV.

Cons: Drop off was horrible. Tried to contact customer service and was hung up on. Texts were not returned and was difficult to find where to drop off. Add to the horrible experience, I was charged because the car wasn’t washed before it was returned. That is a new one for me! I’ve rented cars all over the world and it’s the first time I was charged for a car wash. In the future I will not rent from Panek again.

Pros: Agents were polite and efficient.

Cons: The car was in poor condition and needed servicing while I needed it for the duration of my stay. It required an overall checkup which was never done Front tires were bald Brakes needed to be replaced. I tried contacting Panek and nobody picked up the phone/couldn't get through to them.

Pros: Didn't like any of the service. Not polite representive that see that we have situation with wheelchair and suitcase that does not fit the ateka. He keep say that we have problem that we contact you and not directly to them.

Cons: See above . For me as end user after I mention that we have wheelchair and ask several time to reserve the kodiak , you or panek could contact me and mention there is no such car and I would look for other alternative.

Pros: When I bring car back, there was people waiting for me already at the parking lot. I just had to let them check it and I was free to go to check in.

Cons: Car was not the newest one... Tyres where not in good shape. Also car alerted about to change the battery key.

Cons: I booked a hatchback ( Kia cee'd or similar) in manual and got small crossover (seat arona) in automatic- completely different. I feel like I overpaid. Because of the fact the car was smaller than expected, some of my luggage ended in the cabin. Not ideal and not safe. Also the car had very eye catching stickers/ painting which was quite ugly and I would prefer ordinarily looking car.

Cons: I want to inform you that Panek refused to rent a car because I am a resident of Ukraine. For me, it was not very pleasant, and also brought a lot of inconvenience, since I had to urgently look for a car in other companies at the airport.

Pros: No issues. No bs. For feature get insurance with them directly as cost the same and no deposit.

Cons: I've arrived at night. Though i had "out of hours" reservation, the desk was closed, it took several calls and about 40 minutes, representative come and handed me keys...

Cons: Dropp off took more than 30 minutes because i wasn't brave to ask, if i can just give back keys without any paper signing. (Then I wouldn't have to wait so long)

Pros: 2nd time panek rental, better than 1st.

Cons: First car (Mercedes GLA) was damaged after accident and it was impossible to close to boot lid. Replacement car (after 3 hours) was class smaller than booked. I had to wait 30 minutes for a baby seat which was booked in advance and I called infoline few days in advance of the collection to make sure it will be there.

Cons: I had to add oil to the car which consumed some time and effort.

Cons: Very slow and strange pick up process. Why to fill in the form with my personal details, when all that is already collected in advance. If I compare this to how quickly the keys are in my hand in some other locations and airports, there is plenty of room for improvement. It also seemed that your server crashed during the pick up process and it was necessary to start everything from the beginning again.

Cons: THEY CHARGED ME 530 DOLLAR FOR A SCRATCH! THEY FOUND, WHICH WAS ALREADY MARKED IN THE PICK UP PROTOCOL!

Pros: I paid decent amount of money for this particular rental. I felt it was slightly more than I would usually spend (I was booking it late). Upon collection I found out that I got upgraded from class B to C which made me more satisfy with the overall experience. Car was clean and a pleasure to drive. Employee upon collection was very professional and checked on me, after I collected the vehicle, if everything is alright.

Cons: The cost of the hire went up from what we had been told when we booked. Not good customer service to arrive to collect car and have to pay more than what was quoted. That would be like booking a flight and on the day of checking in they increase the charge. Agent also failed to email the conditions to us, so we didn't get these until handing the car back.. Also they expect you to wash the car before returning, or they will charge you more.

Pros: The man we saw in Krakow was great. He was actually dealing with some really difficult customers when we arrived an it was around 1:00am and he made sure that we knew he was coming to us next and wasn't ignoring us etc. He just had really great customer service.

Cons: We ordered the deal in dollars. When we arrived they asked us to pay the zloty. We asked to charge us dollars as booked. When we got home we saw that we paid twice exchange rates paid !!!! In other words,The rental company was not charged according to the amount agreed
