Pros: The office is close to arrivals exit and easy to find

Cons: The agent was unfriendly, unhelpful and focused on her colleagues not customers. And the small electric automatic car we booked was replaced by a petrol manual SUV. Also we spent 20 minutes wandering the car park to find the car because the section it was in was a long way from the majority of CICARs spaces, unsignposted and we got no real help in being directed to it. All in all disappointing compared to our 2 previous experiences.

Cons: Car condition was very bad. The car had lots of scratches all around, bad alignment and consumed lot of gasoline in comparison to other cars. We had road assistance coverage but no clear information was given who to call and what to do.

Pros: Cicar was very efficient at the pickup point processing a large group of people arriving there. But we waited surprisingly short time. Car was really new and clean. Drop off was just as easy and efficient. We will deginitely look to have a car rented from Cicar again.

Pros: Excellent. I highly recommend Cicar. Never rented a car from them before but very simple and efficient process. More important they are based in the airport and you do not have to wait around for like other rentals being ferried to other places to collect your car.

Cons: None to be honest, brand new cars, very clean and flexibility to drop the car where you like at no extra cost.

Pros: Once my Daughter complained about the first car in SPANISH, they did sort out a nice car.

Cons: They tried to pass off a car with 104k km on us. I would definitely not use them again. The return process was terrible. After about 20 mins queuing to get into the car park, there was nowhere to park the cars or check damage, fuel returned etc...nightmare of a company
