Pros: Pickup and drop off very quick and easy. Issue with no booster seat but it seems not their fault..

Cons: The member of staff at pickup could have been more polite and helpful given I was stuck without a booster seat to keep my daughter safe, didn't seem to care about our situation.

Pros: Drop off was easy and no checks

Cons: Car was not ready for collection had to wait 30 min as I was told it will be cleaned in 5 min. After 30 min I said I am Happy to take another car ( anything that is available ) or I lodge a complaint . The car they gave us was old 66000km, tired, damaged in the front . Not a good value for 35 euro /day.

Pros: They were super quick and polite. They reimbursed cost of AdBlue.

Cons: The fact that it wasn't clear that cost of AdBlue can be reimbursed. They did not honour DiscoverCars promise of 3 free additional drivers - it cost 20 EUR per driver.

Pros: Altijd nieuwe auto's, geen creditcard nodig omdat standaard alle verzekeringen bij de prijs inbegrepen zijn.

Cons: 4 jaar geleden hadden we geen stoeltjes bijgeboekt voor de kinderen, toen hadden we 2 stoelen nodig en hadden ze er heel veel op voorrad. Dit jaar, er van uit gaande dat we dit niet hoefde te reserveren, konden we geen stoelverhogers krijgen omdat er nu verteld werd dat deze gereserveerd moesten worden. Als je ze reserveert is het allemaal wel kosteloos.

Pros: I've had every sort of hassle with other car rental companies in GC This was the most painless booking ever. Our favourite choice given. Lovely Fiat 500 in white. ALL PREPAID. FULL TO FULL, ON AIRPORT. NO EXTRAS. NO DEPOSIT. FULL CDW. Returned car having refuelled at airport and simply handed in the keys no request for paperwork, no check of fuel level / damage etc. Superb

Cons: Thought the windscreen washer fluid was empty. Car was marked Hybrid but can't honestly say whether it was ever running on electric. Maybe we needed a settings guide?

Pros: The car we got was in good condition but sadly not the class we booked. Liked the speed of drop off.

Cons: We booked a Volvo XC90 and got a Zafira which is a World apart and not really acceptable. The price difference was refunded but we only went with Cicar as you had the XC90, everyone has Zafiras.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Deposit and deductible policy
No deposit is required during the rental period.
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery service is not available for rentals shorter than 3 days.
Delivery within city limits to hotels is free of charge.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 180 minutes.
