Pick-up instructions
Once you have collected your luggage, go outside of the terminal building and in front of you is the car park building. Walk towards this and just before you reach and, on your right, you will find an area which is for minibus parking. The yellow Centauro Rent a Car shuttle comes every 10-15 mins.
Drop-off instructions
Vehicles must be returned to the Centauro car park and then you will be taken to the Departure Hall by Shuttle Bus.

Pros: I always use Centauro when I travel abroad their cars are always good and super clean, the shuttle for the one at Palma airport was busy so we missed the first one and there was some confusion with where the next one would park but we there was no longer than a 10 minute wait for the arrival and departure transfer.. the yellow mini busses are easy to spot too

Cons: Centauro change my choosen car without advance notice. In small letters on contract is written condition, that you have to had credit card. Despite this they offer customer a car on debit card bu on arrival asking aditional money. Their excuse is on car insurance, becouse they can not insure me...

Pros: Great airport shuttle bus transfer by a very friendly driver. Online check in saved time on pick up which was very slick with agent being non pushy with the additional insurance that I didn’t need.

Pros: Car was great and super fuel efficient. Drove well and was spotlessly clean.

Cons: Late charges and inability to switch main driver. I’d booked through a third party and changed the main driver prior to arrival (3 days) but it hadn’t been passed on so we had to pay additional driver charges as well as a late arrival fee.

Pros: The pick up was fine but the return was a nightmare. We were told on pick up not yo bother with about any chips under around 30mm so we didn’t. On return the manager inspected the car and pointed out two chips on the spoiler and said that they were one damage although they were 150mm apart and at least one of them was there when we collected it. He implied he was going to keep our 1k deposit and we ended up in a heated row. They accepted it after much argument.
