Pros: absolutely nothing. I never leave reviews good or bad,m because I can’t be arsed but I had to in this instance due to the awfully shocking service you as the broker and the vehicle lender had to offer. Hands down worst service.

Cons: It was the worst vehicle rental I have had and I have travelled around most of Europe… terrible experience and I will advise anyone I know who is renting to not use your services.

Cons: I cant get the car because my name on my creditcard was not good because my fullname wasnt on it only my letters from my name and didnt know that. I call my bank but they cant give a new card with my full name on it so I dont know how I next time can rent a car by you.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They did not accept my credit card saying that there was not full name on it. I rent cars for over 20 years (even from CarFree before) and there was never problem like this. I have a standard credit card with surname and first name initial on it and they argued that it is not my card. I oferred to show them full statement (with my entire name) from my bank for this card but they did not accept!

Cons: Because of the total incompetence of the staff and the company’s internal problems, I was denied the car I had reserved. All my documents and credit card were perfectly fine, yet I still couldn’t get the car. I’ve already filed a complaint with the ECC, as this experience caused me a lot of stress, unnecessary hassle, and extra costs.

Cons: Even though I’ve ordered Skoda Octavia I was given Juke, which it wasn’t big enough and than we were given Toyota which wasn’t as big.

Cons: Not accepting debit cards is ridiculous, every hotel can pre authorise, then trying to sell me insurance at £80+/day as the only means of getting the car is a plain attempt at extortion. Join the 20th century, not even the 21st!

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 935.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 66.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions). Driver's licenses must be valid for at least 6 months after the rental period.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
