Pros: On time and ready to assist whenever needed.
Cons: I had insured in forehand this car through Discovercars, just in case... On arrival, I got the "surprise" of the need to add an additional insurance (autocunha side) just because I used a debit card, even though I filtered this option when making the reservation online... So, an additional fee added which got quite costful in the end....

Cons: Shady, uncomfortable feeling during the check-in process... see above comments. Car had almost 100,000 miles, brakes sounded (grinding) as if they would fail at anytime.

Pros: Good on gas.
Cons: The car was a junker- the windshield wipers didn’t work even if it was lightly raining and the tire pressure was low for the majority of the trip. The car was majorly dented and scratched and made a loud noise every time it ran. We let them know our concerns early on and they said not to worry about anything but it’s always a concern when renting cars due to having to pay for other peoples damages. The employee was also late on picking up and dropping off, even when communicating.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
