Pros: Great value. Our car was a 2014 model but was in perfect working order. The company met us on arrival and even waited beyond normal hours for our delayed flight. Everything was very straightforward to arrange and the company were also very helpful when we needed to extend our rental slightly.

Pros: Drop off and return to the airport was fast.

Cons: Airport pick-up late and aggressive, Car quality was terrible, 90k miles on the clock, engine thrashed, screeching clutch, car could barely get up a small hill in 1st gear, And rude proprietor which is why we did not return the car immediately.

Pros: Friendly service on pick. Nothing else

Cons: Vehicle was over ten years old with over100k on the clock every panel was scratched and or dented vehicle was dirty inside ( i picked this car up up at night so was only aware of the true condition the next morning) was an automatic and i had hired a manual and broke down with a defective battery within 16 hrs of my hire. Would never use Ace again. Have attempted to leave a review on their web site to warn other renters but have been unable to do so
