Pros: The service provided was good. The knowledge of the assistant was good and gave me good advice about driving in Dubai.
Cons: There was only one operator when I picked the car up so I had to wait 40 minutes while the customer in front of me was sorted out. I have kids so during this time the kids became very unsteady and did not want to hang around.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 770.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.

An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Special a driver license issued at least 5 years ago is required.
GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) national licences are acceptable if drivers are holding a GCC passport. GCC countries are as follows: Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. Drivers from other countries must have a valid International Driving Permit plus their own national licence. A national or International Driving Permit alone is not acceptable.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Albania, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, USA.
