Pros: the desk at Dubai International Airport was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable
Cons: at the car rental pick office, there is only 1 person servicing the Enterprise office, this person was outside with another client handing over a vehicle , it took 20 min to have him come back and attend to me, there were 3 other people waiting behind me for service. at peak periods the car rental should have more staff manning the process of vehicle inspection and handing over of keys

Pros: drop off the car was quick and easy
Cons: I am not happy that company decided to charge me money without prior information and notice. I came in I had car inspected all ok no issues then suddenly 2 days later extra 80 Dirhams have been taken out of my account without advice or information by rental company. This is unacceptable, avoid this company if you can.

Pros: Cars were in great condition and spotless.
Cons: Took 90 minutes to collect the car. Only two staff booking out cars and it took too long. Manager was rude and dismissive to a customer that had been waiting for 2 hours ahead of us.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 740.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 65 years.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
