Cons: Poor quality of car, I booked Mondeo, got a Suzuki Ciaz which had no CarPlay, no USB C, steering making noise and the battery died because of which I was stranded

Pros: I couldn’t even rent the car as the rules were not clearly specified to me that driving in Dubai requires an international licence.

Cons: The worst thing that the agent has forced me to write my full credit card number with expiry date and she didn't get enough with the electronic Pre-authorization as all the reputable companies do. In Addition , the Filipino lady agent was nervus and complicating the process and not welcoming at all to travelers who came after long travel to pick a car at late night.

Cons: Appallingly slow pickup, uninterested staff with poor English. At the actual car collection area, complete chaos reigns, no staff at the Alamo/Enterprise desk for ages, then it’s a random, un uniformed staff member with no ID. Very unprofessional and poor.

Cons: I tried every contact number to get hold of an agent during my rental and couldn’t get hold of anyone so I physically had to drive to the airport to ask my questions. And for that reason I will never select enterprise again.

Cons: The wait time for pick up was ridiculous, after spending 8 hrs on a flight the last thing you want is a 2 HR wait to pick up your reserved car and reach your hotel. 2 agents only where working at the Dubai airport branch. One was very rude ( very unprofessional ) and I opted not to deal with him. There was a Philippines last that was very helpful there and she provided me the reservation I had reserved.

Cons: ⭐ 1/5 - Terrible Experience with Discovery Cars & Enterprise at DXB Airport I am absolutely appalled by my recent experience with Discovery Cars and Enterprise Rent a Car at Dubai International Airport. What was supposed to be a comfortable family vacation turned into a nightmare due to their unprofessional service and false promises. I booked a large car WEEKS in advance through Discovery Cars, specifically chosen to accommodate my family of five (three children, my wife, and myself).

Cons: The inspector on returning the car attempted to charge me for car damage which was done before the car was hired to me. He was aggressive and only backed down only when I presented him with photographic evidence of the cars condition - pictures take by me before I took possession of the car. His manner and attitude were simply disgraceful.

Pros: Hi, this is the second time I'm ordering through you. Last time, I really enjoyed your courteous service. When I arrived to pick up the car from Enterprise, I was told that the full insurance does not cover damage in case I have an accident, and I would need to pay a maximum of 3,500 dirhams. And that if I want to pay for full insurance through them - I won't need to pay. So of course I paid. I request that you credit me the insurance difference - 138 dirhams.

Pros: Nothing to like honestly, when we spent almost 3 hours to pickup a car.

Cons: There was too much crowd at the terminal pickup. Things were not organized and lot of waiting time. Though there was a kiosk at Terminal 2, no one was there and a board to call them. When called, there was no proper response. Had to wait there thinking they will assist for almost 45 mins. Then the vendor next to yours helped in calling and getting them on. It was too bad experience. Customer service at Enterprise was good all over the world, but here it is suffering big time.

Cons: I got some traffic fines, one of them is absolutely impossible. they are not answering my emails

Pros: Car was cheap.

Cons: They made me take a taxi from one terminal to the other, whereas every other car rental company I've ever used would have picked me up from my arrival terminal and taken me to the terminal where the car was. The car had plastic covers attached to various portions of the interior which were ugly and interfered with functionality. The car was "upgraded" to a larger, but much worse brand/model. Picking up the car was also very chaotic.

Pros: Representative showed me the controls and gave good info on location to refuel for return, very well mannered and helpful.

Cons: it took far too long to get the car picked up and the vehicle offered initially did not match what i had booked online and the agent was not helpful until i said i was going to make a report on the matter. I am unsure if i will go through a 3rd party in the future for car rental and i rent vehicles regularly and will need one in 3 weeks in December in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.

Pros: Everything was fine and the car condition. I picked the car from dubai terminal 1 and drop location at dubai airport terminal 2. I could not find the terminal 2 drop location on google map which was a bit discomfort and took some time to find the location.

Cons: at the car rental pick office, there is only 1 person servicing the Enterprise office, this person was outside with another client handing over a vehicle , it took 20 min to have him come back and attend to me, there were 3 other people waiting behind me for service. at peak periods the car rental should have more staff manning the process of vehicle inspection and handing over of keys

Cons: I am not happy that company decided to charge me money without prior information and notice. I came in I had car inspected all ok no issues then suddenly 2 days later extra 80 Dirhams have been taken out of my account without advice or information by rental company. This is unacceptable, avoid this company if you can.
