Pros: Didnt like anything. When I got to the airport the car was a small car and not what I requested. I lost a day without a car and my family and I had to use taxi everywhere.

Pros: WhatsApp the day before providing all details, no desk or queuing required, very easy and convenient service.

Cons: My three year olds child seat wasn’t strapped in upon collection, it had just been positioned on the seat. We were only aware when I did an emergency stop and my daughter flew into the back of my seat, bashing her head and arm which could have caused serious injury especially when driving on the roads in Dubai.

Cons: I had to extend the car rental by a few hours and they decided to charge me a whole extra day for this. They also gave me a car with less than a half tank of fuel without letting me know about this until I discovered it myself the next day. They are unresponsive to messages and text you from 4 different numbers.

Cons: No deposit refund! Very unprofessional company. 40minutes late for pickup time and driver was giving me attitude. When pickup day came I asked them many times to not be late as I have my flight but again they were still late. It has been 2 months and I still haven't received my deposit back and I have been contacting them back and forth.

Cons: The return location of the vehicle and until the driver arrived, we waited for him for over 20 minutes And also at pick-up I had to pay 30 dirhams for parking to get out

Cons: Pressure upon arrival, from agent to pick up the car due to time limit. No proper explanation about the car upon pickup. No proper pickup and drop zone at the airport. Communication only through WhatsApp messages..no vocal communication. Poor physical encounter with staff at Al Jaddaf office. Arrangements to pickup and drop the car only finalised on the eve or on the due day.

Cons: My experience with this company was terrible. Here’s why I don’t recommend them: 1. Waited 25 minutes to get the car. 2. Waited 45 minutes to return it. 3. Staff’s English was too poor for proper communication; only written messages worked. 4. Car was delivered with less than a quarter tank of fuel. 5. Return process was unprofessional: no documents, no signatures, just leave the car, drop the key, take a photo, and send it. Extremely dissapointing and unproffesional service.

Cons: my disappointment with Quick Drive Company. After returning to England from my trip, I discovered an unexpected charge on my account. I had already paid the driver for toll charges and fines, so this additional charge was both surprising and frustrating. When I reached out for clarification, I was assured that someone would get back to me, but it has now been four weeks with no response. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable.

Cons: Was waiting around for the driver to arrive in the car park to collect the car. Didn't advise us of where to drop the car off luckily I saw car rental pick up and drop off but then still had to wait around 10 15 minutes for the guy to turn up

Cons: Quick Drive never refunded me my security deposit. I kept chasing them up and they either ignored me or said it was on my way. I have had to make a claim through discovery as well as make a section 75 claim on my credit card. Complete thieves. Avoid at all costs.

Cons: Aluguei o carro com seguro total e deixei caução de 1500AED. Foi-me informado que a devolução da caução seria em 25 dias e no entanto passaram um mês e meio e até agora nada. Já entrei em contacto com eles e dizem sempre que vão devolver a caução, mas a verdade é não estão a devolver. Mais uma vez relembro que fiz seguro total!

Cons: As soon as we collected the car, it had an exclamation mark come up on the dash board, and we were advised to check tires ourselves. Its minir but not something I want to be worrying about when renting a car.

Pros: We need more time with our airline check in. Umar was very helpful by picking up the car at the airport drop off zone. This allows us amber of times to address the issues with the check in desk. Umar, thank you so much for doing, it means a lot to me.

Pros: The car was clean and easy to pickup at the airport. Will use the service again. It was very easy to coordinate via WhatsApp.

Cons: Only thing that I found a bit surprising was the car had high miles of usage. But, overall the car was in good condition and efficient so I didn't really mind that.

Cons: I was initially given a substandard, poor quality, high mileage, defective vehicle, I had to go to the Quick Drive base to arrange an exchange. The replacement vehicle was fine, however I nearly crashed the car when I tried to clear the windscreen to find there was zero water in the windscreen wash tank !!

Cons: Admin fees for parking fine , had to pay extra 30 dirhams to exit parking lot at the airport because the driver could not figure out where the uSB slot was and how to turn on CarPlay . I wish the driver was courteous to bring the car to us - instead of making us find him - kept sending random picks and we after a long flight were exhausted and running around with our luggages

Cons: My security deposit should have been returned to the credit card used to book the car rental. However I was asked for my UK bank details in order to make the payment. I provided those details and yet the deposit has not yet been returned despite the car being returned in perfect condition over 2 weeks ago.

This is very paid and fraud paid for service and did not receive also paid a airport surcharge and parking on top of that left stranded with no idea how to get to the hotel from airport at 3 in morning

Cons: 1- When I went to pay, the employee told me that the card machine didn't work and that otherwise we could pay with money, then it miraculously worked when I said that I didn’t had cash 2- They made me pay for the car parking at the airport, when that wasn't specified anywhere 3 - On the last day they made me take the car to their offices when I had booked to pick up and drop off the car at the airport 4- The employee at the airport wasn’t kind and helpful

Pros: Just waiting for my deposit AED 1500 refund. I was told this will take 3- 4 weeks time but I'm sure the company will make arrangements to refund the money we'll before that.

Cons: They couldn't provide original tax invoice whilr picking up the car , to enable me to claim the vat refund at the airport. I lost that vat refund amount. Hope the company will take care of the same in future.
