Cons: The car rental agent didn’t explain all the details in a good way. She rushed through it all and did actually charge my card double for the deposit. It is now 3 weeks ago that they did charge my card double and I still hasn’t received the deposit back on my account yet. They both reserved the amount AND also did withdrawn the amount from my account. I have reached out to budget 10 days ago with no answer or response yet

Pros: I booked full size SUV and the gave me small size SUV. I told the rental office this is not what I've paid for. He told me this is what we have either you take it or I'll cancel your booking. The representative attitude is really bad.

Cons: Bad service bad attitude, i booked the car a day or two ahead. They are not prepared for me what I booked for. Simply threaten me either take it or I will cancel it.

Cons: The car was old, had high km and numerous issues (an Opel Mokka). I paid to upgrade from a compact category to this awful SUV, should have saved my money and taken the Nissan Sunny offered.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 805.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax).
Rate excludes
Prepaid tolls are available for 1.51 USD per cross.
Mileage policy
Mileage depends on the rental period.
For rentals of 1–29 days, mileage is unlimited.
For rentals of 30 days or more, mileage is limited to 4000 km per month.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, USA.

Driver licenses from the following country(ies): Greece, Japan, South Korea, Turkey will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy. Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) national licences are acceptable if drivers are holding a GCC passport. GCC countries are as follows: Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. Drivers from other countries must have a valid International Driving Permit plus their own national licence. A national or International Driving Permit alone is not acceptable.
If the duration of your stay in United Arab Emirates is longer than 1 Year, a driver license issued in United Arab Emirates is required.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
