Golden Key Car Rental at Dubai Int. Airport

Cons: The lady was very unprofessional. I wanted to extend the rental car but because off her unprofessional behavior I did not.

Cons: They intended to get the blocking amount of 1500 DHM , by justifying scratch of carat be done in hotel parking , to be reported as accident and we couldn’t get a police report , and I guess this will be the main reason to get all block amount of money

Pros: There was some difficulty during receiving the car Even though I use a mobile phone and WhatsApp to connect them,The reason is there is no office or company representative at the airport. It is not My responsibility to pay for airport parking in order to get out of the airport. For the same reason there was a delay during Returning the car. The biggest problem is that I did not receive the deposit back yet I contacted the company several times It is as if every employee has his own law

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the GPS wasn't working in the vehicle also the car rental company gentleman at drop off vehicle accused me of damaging the offside front alloy which luckily for me I took a picture of it of all the wheels at the airport when I was picking up so now waiting communication from the car rental company on where we go from trying to charge me for damage that was already on the vehicle

Pros: The car wasn’t in good condition it was look like had accident before, and while dropping car they said to keep the car in parking and keep the key on above tire. And no clearance papers received.

Cons: - no chance to get office of Golden key when pick up the car. Only taxi - plus 30 $. When we drop off the car, waiting on the street long time to get airport. When manager took view the car, found scratch and try to present me, although it was when we pick car up . Good we made video at beginning. Terrible!!!

Pros: Got a new car after our car broke down, without having to talk too much.

Cons: We got a broken down E class that had a lot of malfunctions, not serviced. Powersteering broke down while taking over another car that was stopping, almost crashed into the car on the opposite lane. Dangerous in my opinion to rent out a non-serviced car.

Pros: The rental experience was absolutely satisfying in every way. The delivery of the brand new car was spot on. Easy agent to deal with, zero shadiness or any kind of bad vibes. The car was brand new with only 400km in it. At return the experience was exactly the same. I sure will use this company again in the future

Pros: Car was brand new with 100km on the teller. It wasnt Chevrolet 7 seater, but a brand new Mitsubishi Xpander GLS 7 seater brand new with 100km on the teller.

Cons: Sadly during dropped off the agent was not english speaking so it took awhile before we can leave to for our flight.
