Pros: The car model is too old ! Besides, your worker who helped to check the car is very unwelcome, lazy and poor attitude. He firstly forgot to bring the car key, and went back again as he brought a wrong key, finally, he spent 15mins to check the car. Just like a lazy worker without boss! Crazy experience!

Pros: Drop off was super easy, the agent just drove us with our rental car to the airport.

Cons: Getting the car after midnight took some time and the handover area was quite dark, so we had to use the torch of our mobile inspect the car.

Pros: Clean car and good condition

Cons: I was supposed to pay 146 Euros. Exchange rate is: 1 Euro= 3.65 UAE Dirhams. So total should be 535 Dirhams. However, they asked me to pay 568 Dirhams. I contested this but had to pay to collect the car. When returning car i had to pay toll fees which they found on the system 17 tolls* 4 Dirhams=68 Dirhams. However they asked me to pay 90 Dirhams. Not sure why paying extra 22 Dirhams. When returning car agent claimed that fuel level is less than received although indicator was on same level.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 750 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 397.21), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): Canada, China, Cyprus, Greece, Japan, Poland, South Korea, Turkey will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
The driver license must be written in Latin, English, Cyrillic alphabet.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, Maestro credit card.
The following are accepted methods of payment:MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional charges will be applied.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge. Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
