Pros: Value for money but you get what you pay for.

Cons: Spent too much time looking for agent. Did not meet us at the terminal. Had to look for agent at the carpark which is difficult to locate. Car had minimum fuel and had to spend time looking for petrol station to refuel. It is also difficult to estimate returning car with same amount of fuel.

Of course I did not agree, and insisted to have someone receive and sign on the paper. Also, when I received the car, or was not clean from outside since they don't have a covered parking

On pick up day, nightmare of communication was started as they were insisting me to drop the car at airport without out knowing that car was delivered at hotel & was agreed on booking form. Driver who contacted me to pick car was arguing in bad way, without knowing & trying to understand insisting me to drop the car at different location. Later on they were struggling to send someone to pick car due to shortage.

Pros: Fantastic Customer Support. It has been the best experience I have ever had with car rental companies. Rental Price was good. Car Condition was perfect. Customer Support was equals or superior to big car rental companies. I had to extend my drop off by 2 days. Despite my car was rented to a new customer the manager was very generous to extend the rental by additional 2 days for me despite being sold out on my required dates. Customer support goes a loooong way. I will definitely recommend Drivus

Cons: They provided me 2 broken vehicles and one dirty car. I have to spend an hour on them arguing amongst themselves about what replacement car they were to provide for me knowing 5 hours in advance I was coming back. Then tried to give me a dirty car and said the cleaners left. So I had to constantly tell them I refuse to take a dirty car before they gave me a new car that smell like complete smoke and was still unclean. Embarassed that my partner had to witness such a thing.

Charged us £120 on top for delivery of the car and subsequent collection of the car as the flights fell out of their office hours. Lied about charges. One agent tried to charge more than the other for the out of office hours collection. On the whole a terrible experience. Would never use or recommend.

The central electronic console on the car did not work because of which there was no backup camera, no music etc. They promised a replacement within 12 hours. Around midnight, we got an old car with broken parts and a missing safety belt in the back. The car did not start the next day because key battery went low. After calls again, they brought a newer car to the hotel. The car had zero petrol indicator, so I sent it back to get a refill. They basically ruined one day of our holiday. The rest of the days were OK.

And without a baby seat!!! Car arrived with empty gas we waited 2.5 hours in 45 degree to get baby seat. They threatened was need to order police.
