Cons: I had asked for a Innova sized car. Instead I got a smaller 7 seater. The central electronic console on the car did not work because of which there was no backup camera, no music etc. They promised a replacement within 12 hours. They never contacted me again for the replacement. Once they take your money, you are on your own.

Cons: Meet and Greet did not happen. They didn't follow the provided flight number. It took a few calls and almost 2 hours until they met us. Around midnight, we got an old car with broken parts and a missing safety belt in the back. The car did not start the next day because key battery went low. After calls again, they brought a newer car to the hotel. The car had zero petrol indicator, so I sent it back to get a refill. They basically ruined one day of our holiday. The rest of the days were OK.

Cons: The fact that a deposit was taken from my credit card and only to be refunded after 21 days. This may have been in the fine print, however it should be highlighted more prominently when making the booking.

We order car suv type , with baby seat , We landed in DXB airport , they don’t have front desk in airport , driver was waiting out side ,when car arrived we saw it’s not the car we orders , we order a big suv that should feet 3 big luggage , we got a car that can fit 1 luggage. And without a baby seat!!! Car arrived with empty gas we waited 2.5 hours in 45 degree to get baby seat. They threatened was need to order police.
