Pros: Very easy to drop off car as I was told to leave the keys in the vehicle

Cons: The fuel level in the car was below the reserve, I had to find a petrol station ASAP to avoid being stuck in the middle of the road.

Cons: The fact that a deposit was taken from my credit card and only to be refunded after 21 days. This may have been in the fine print, however it should be highlighted more prominently when making the booking.

Pros: I liked nothing and I won't recommend anyone to rent from them.

Cons: 1. The car I booked wasn't available nor a similar one. 2. The car they provided was severely damaged in a previous accident (cranking engine noise, poor paint job, cheap windshield replacement, load street noise, and a list of a lot more issues)

Cons: car was delivered 40 minutes late, had to wait after flight with family at the airport. and for drop of the car at the airport similar issue, agent came late tp pick up and i almost lost my flight and had to run at the airport with family to catch the plane. still waiting for response from Drivus on my messages from them as to when will i get the deposit back and bill for salik toll used. zero response from them. i have messages with me and would be happy to share with you.

Cons: Nothing , be aware don’t use DRIVUS! They Thief and one big crooks. We order car suv type , with baby seat , We landed in DXB airport , they don’t have front desk in airport , driver was waiting out side ,when car arrived we saw it’s not the car we orders , we order a big suv that should feet 3 big luggage , we got a car that can fit 1 luggage. And without a baby seat!!! Car arrived with empty gas we waited 2.5 hours in 45 degree to get baby seat. They threatened was need to order police.
