Cons: They made me go to Dubai airport at the most crucial time. The time I reached terminal 1, 10 minutes before terminal 3 was attacked with missile. They put my life in risk even though I asked if they could charge me 2 days more so I didn't need to risk my life. No one was at the office, so they life and their car mattered but not my life.

Cons: Although they knew the voucher stated I had to pick up the car from Terminal 1, they did not inform me I should pick it up from Terminal 2 (where I arrived) until after I got in a taxi. The agent marked the car as with a full tank of gas, however it wasn't. I had only driven 150km and it showed as below 1/4 full, which is not possible on a car like this. I filled it back up to full in any case, but the gauge showed it as less than full.

Cons: The Front Desk manager named Fahad was extremely rude. He explained to me about having to pay a large deposit front and then hopefully getting reimbursed if there was an accident. Additionally, he argue with me about the times and conditions that were discovercars. He charged my credit card he sent me to the vehicle. He never told me that the vehicle that I ordered was not in stock. So, I got a cheaper vehicle for a higher price. I will never ever use discovercars again.

Cons: I went early in the morning. The car was old and full of scratches all over when I picked it up and the pick up agent spent a while marking them all in the paper. Still, the car was clean and worked perfectly. The drop off agent was assigning me a scratch that was already there when I picked up the car. Finally I was in a rush and had no time to discuss, and he said he would look at his archives and see what happens. I hope you won't make me pay for something I did not do.

Cons: took 2.5 hours to deliver the car. they took me to their depo, and searched for half hour to find the car, once they did, the car was dirty, they wanted me to take it, i refused since it was hard to figure out what is dirt and what is scratch. then they gave me another car that was accidented and the entire front of the car felt loose on the road. they do not deserve to be at the airport with their service and low end cars

Cons: Hard to find, no car available, we had to go to a coumpound after a long flight to pick up a car on a prking lot in moddel a of the night. The car was a second hand car, not clean at all, with empty tank. A old model, with not even a USB plug...I will make sure to never rent a agin with that company!

Cons: I was provided with an old and poor condition car. It had dents and scrapes around the whole car with burns on seats inside car. It was also provided empty of petrol at after midnight, even though i had it booked to pick up at 10pm. It was not at airport and me and my wife were driven to a car park and given the car in pitch black with no petrol. When i complained i was told there were petrol station on every corner. i almost ran out of petrol on the next morning and wasted a day of my holiday.

Pros: Continued from what I didn’t like as ran out of space - report sheet and as I was attending an event I had no choice but to sign the form to allow me to rent the car and not be late. I’d already waited 20 minutes on arrival for the car to be collected from where it was parked. The return check of the car was a thorough 20 minutes and included myself cleaning marks on the car to demonstrate items that were to be put down as damage were in fact dirt/dust/sand.

Cons: I received the car with the low tyre pressure warning sign lit up on the dashboard as well as less than half a tank of fuel. This is not what you expect from a hire company when you arrive in a new city. As well as being a safety issue, being unfamiliar with the city meant it was at least 1 hour before I found a petrol station to put air in the tyres and refuel. The check of the car on arrival lasted all of 5 minutes with the operative refusing to put down the marks I identified on the damage

Cons: lack of flexibility of agent, who also tried to change the price of the rental, depsite the contract already being in place.

Pros: Some of staff at vehicle pick up/drop off are friendly and try to provide good customer service.

Cons: Fast was pushing to give me their smallest car even though I paid for a sedan. They take a long time at check in and push to sell you insurance, etc. I got and email and was charged for a "scratch" several days after returning the car even though I did a walk around upon returning the vehicle and saw no scratches. This was my second bad experience with FAST and so I would not recommend booking with them.

Cons: They always push you to accept a smaller car that's in a cheaper class than what you booked and paid for.
