Pros: Excellent service from start to finish. Just a 5-minute walk from T3 Gate 2. Staff were really helpful; the car was almost new, clean, and ready to go. Would definitely use them again.

Pros: You fill out a form of the Condition of the car by takeover. They filled out some very small scratches we even havent seen - all things we mentioned were already on the form! So they are very fair and do not want you to pay anything that is not on your duty (we did not have a full insurance by dollar car rental).

Cons: When taking over the car, there were some minutes waiting time untill the car arrives because there are not so many parking-lots at the office.

He even marked the small points, which made us very stretched. He said that we made a scratch in the buffer area, but we shot it to the camera when we received it and showed that scratch. After dropping the car he asked me to pay the Toll roads fees which is ok and he said everything is done and you are set to go then 2 days later they charge me more toll roads fees and another fee for a traffic violation which until now they not where did it occur eventhough I sent 3 emails to inquire about it. Then they charge me for the Airport parking fee eventhough it says clearly on the Discovery car website that it is included.

Pros: The main manager helped ease the situation and Said he will report the incident. The main guy who speaks Arabic was very nice. It was because of him I still rented the car

Cons: The drive was a horrible driving experience, I spent a bit more to get a bigger car. It felt very unsafe at hi speeds. 100-120km. I can’t be sure if it was the car model or a problem with it. Will never get a Toyota rush again!

Cons: The terms for use of a Debit card are totally unreasonable. I choose not to use a a Credit card. With a debit card my security deposit will not be refunded by Dollar cars before 45 days, placing me in debt! Irrational and unreasonable, I therefore will not be using Dollar cars again!
