Pros: Personnel at both pick-up and drop-off were friendly and efficient. The car upgrade suggested by the desk agent was a bargain, and I was grateful for the extra horsepower when we drove up the mountain roads. Nice car, very good customer service, excellent price!

Cons: Advertised on website as "in terminal", when it's actually a bit of a hike from the arrivals exit. If we had known that, I could have left my wife and our things at the terminal and returned for her instead of schlepping our bags a quarter of a mile. €1400 security deposit and €190 fuel deposit are excessive.
