Cons: The fuel tank was not full. After I left Malaga Airport, I soon noticed the fuel gauge was only 90% full and the range 500km. When I filled the car prior to returning it, the range was 700km.

Pros: Unfortunate I had a slight accident and OK arranged a replacement with no quibble. Cars were of a good standard with all the extras.

Cons: I would have preferred someone to talk me through the cars features when I picked it up.

Pros: I liked the car it was very nice. A few dinks but it’s a hire car and to be expected.

Cons: I was pissed off they tried to charge me an extra €350 odd for their extra insurance and made me feel like I really should be taking it even though I had paid for the full insurance through discover cars. Also fuel wasn’t quite full and the hybrid electric battery was empty but I can live with that I guess.

Cons: A little unclear on where to drop off car, "drop off" office is not actually where you drop off, we were told to wait but actually had to find it ourselves

Pros: Nothing

Cons: The queuing system at the desk was horrific. Some people waited over 2 hours to see an agent. Even paying for 'fast track' was slow. The car was poor and underpowered. Too small to be considered an SUV of any kind. Despite paying for full insurance their staff at drop off started questioning about dents already there at the start (and which were irrelevant due to the insurance)

Pros: OKMobility are located at -2 floor at Malaga Airport. Not all lifts go to -2 and it can be difficult to find one that does and that is from someone who hires cars on a regular basis at Malaga Airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Car had dirty tyres and wheels. Splashes of mud, some on bodywork as well. Inside, spotlessly clean.

Cons: Difficult to find the car in the garage. Car was ok, but a bit old and tatty. Lots of external small damage to the car and didn’t get the paperwork email for 3 days after collecting the car due to a computer problem. I should have been shown the condition of the cat before leaving the desk.
