Cons: We had a third party for Hertz and the agent appears like she did not like it. Even though we took the complete cover for the insurance she said if anything happens we have to still pay the money to Hertz and get the refund through the third party. There was a piece of the rear window missing which we luckily found out and went back to the desk.
