Cons: Il personale goldcar afferma di mandare in blocco un importo sulla carta di credito per tre settimane dalla riconsegna dell'auto. Hanno strano procedimento di raccolta chiavi e comunicazioni interne dunque per la seconda volta ho dovuto fare più volte avanti indietro fra ufficio consegne ed ufficio rilasci per la consegna chiavi. Rende tutto lento e macchinoso. (Sono a 500m uno dall'altro)

Pros: This rental experience was the worst ever. There were many hidden fees by Goldcar that I did not even rent a car. They wanted to secure thousands of euros on my credit card in addition to requesting additional insurance coverages. The rental cost would well have exceeded the amount advertised and promoted by your booking service. There was not a single satisfied customer in the car booking office of Goldcar and all there had booked thru you. I fully expect a refund of the charges I paid.
