Drivalia at Florence Airport

Pros: I liked the car.

Cons: Pick up was super slow. One representative was great, the other, not sure much. And car was dirty inside and out and stank of French fries

Pros: The service was poor

Cons: Drivalia seemed disorganized and was the only company at the airport with a long line of frustrated customers. None of the other companies seemed to be struggling.

Pros: I did not like anything. Everything about this experience was awful.

Cons: I didn’t like that there wasn’t a car at a car rental place. How is that acceptable?

Cons: They showed little interest in helping us find a car with them or with anyone!!

Pros: Nice car when they finally found one for me

Pros: Very bad service they kept me on hold at the desk for 3 hours before giving the car as the car I had booked was not available to be rented and had to wait so long even booking before hand much before and even giving the booking amount

Pros: Nothing. Because I couldn't use the service as discovercars didn't send me any confirmation after charging me $50.

Cons: They said to return the car to an office that did not exist, the car had 1/3 of tank of fuel when I collected it, they did not reply to any correspondence or answer the phone, the service light came on in the car, then engine light also came on

Cons: Hopeless/very bad web site and bad communication about the invoices. You cannot take money from my bank without telling me what it is for!!!!!!!

Pros: The representative at the pickup desk was not informative...she did not explain the vehicle gas use...that it had two gas tanks and that GPL was not needed. The gas had engine light when I got it and when I asked she said don't worry. The car she gave me was not powerful for use in hills....very bad service at drop off too...no signs or staff anywhere.

Pros: Nothing!!!! Rude people. Care needed to be serviced and they didn’t tell us. Had to return to rental area only to be told don’t worry about the engine light!!

Cons: All of it. Will never rent from them again. Nor will the 3 couples with us who also had trouble.

Cons: I waited on line for over an hour to get the car. When I received the car the gas tank was only 1/4 . I never got paperwork. I did not get the car I reserved, the ticket the agent gave me to get out of the parking lot did not work. I had to go back and get a new ticket.

Pros: Agent was very friendly despite being super busy.

Cons: Car was not clean when I got it, no one went over to note any previous damage.

Cons: The car was unprepared, fuel low, and with constant warning lights and alarms. I was fortunate to suffer a flat tyre during the rental, and the car was swapped for a better one. By I had to exchange it at the airport which wasted a morning.

Pros: No windshield fluid in car. No other complaints

Cons: Our flight was delayed, so we couldnt get to the agency before close. I tried calling them 20 times that day to inform them and they did not answer. Arrived the next morning and our car had been given away. They said 'the phone doesn't work'. In reality they just don't answer it. They eventually did set me up with a dirty car.

Cons: Gas tank was only 3/4 full when I picked up the car. No agent looked over the car or condition of the car at the time of pick up.

Pros: You need to provide an EXACT address to drop off the car in Florence. I almost left the car in the airport parking lot!! Put the exact address on the paperwork!!!!!

Cons: No staff around in the lot at pick up to witness dents and hole in rear bumper. Drop off was very confusing - where to park it?? Line was 8 people deep with 1 staff member processing pick up and drop off.

Pros: Waited two hours to pick up the car, when I got it it was dirty and no apologies from the agents- had to clean it myself at my hotel

Cons: See above, rude lazy and disinterested staff. It took over two hours and there were only 6 people in front of us.

Cons: The lines are very long and time consuming picking up and especially dropping off. The car I received was dirty inside.

Pros: Good location in airports.

Cons: Car not cleaned prior to collection. Car not assessed between drivers for new damage. Most worryingly, what appeared to be structurally weakening damage to roll bar on car potentially putting our and future customers lives in danger of continuing to lease this car. Would not use again and will be complaining directly to Leasys.

Cons: The car was filthy and I had to do maintenance on it myself. There was a TWO-HOUR WAIT to collect the car. I booked with DISCOVER, only to be sent to LEASYS, made to stand in a crowded corridor for two hours, given no information about the car, the insurance or the procedure. At first there was only one person in the office, later two, when the situation needed TEN.

Pros: There was nothing.

Cons: Long time to get the car, no refund given for early return, no navigation, CarPlay did not work

Cons: The address for pick was confusing, needs to have the exact address of the main office.

Pros: Easiness to pick-up and drop the vehicle

Cons: As no clean-up was made I would have expected a discount as I did it by myself.

Cons: No obvious way to drop off the car, no agent around to confirm receipt and therefore a lot of uncertainty about what may happen next.

Pros: I selected Leasys as the car was to be picked up at the airport. I was informed just before I left that this was not the case and it was something of a nightmare getting and dropping the car off

Cons: The operative was so stressed that he was almost throwing the keys at customers. He didn't give me a contract which caused issues when I returned the car. Again, only one person on the desk meant stress for the customers.

Pros: Got upgraded because they didn’t have our cars in stock.

Cons: They close at 8pm on Friday when most flights get in after. They had no one to receive the car at the end of the checkout. My car was dirty. They tried to give me the wrong car. Their system wasn’t working so they had to write down my credit card number. Not secure!!!

Cons: Difficult to find (first went to the unit with the Leasys sign that we passed on the bus only to find it was the wrong place) Jeep was awful. Space for one suitcase in the boot and that was it! Had to squeeze pushchair and other suitcase in the back with the kids. Ridiculous. Car seat wasn’t installed and didn’t have any guidance to get it right. With two hot and tired small kids this was a terrible start.

Cons: Car was smaller than what was requested (500L or Similar and we got a 500X instead). The car was given to me in very dirty conditions. Staff was unavailable by phone during my trip for basic inquiries. Also, directions to drop off site should be provided as it was extremely difficult to find the location.

Pros: Drop off was easy.

Cons: Rental office not easy to find. Not greeted/acknowledged. Waited for an hour in office without AC. Poor communication. Car was dirty inside and out. Radio was locked out. Car was different than advertised and a standard transmission (fortunately we knew how to drive that).

Cons: I received the car with empty fuell tank even though in contract was “full to full” and if course it is impossible to return the car with 0 fuell level, so we lost money. The was a strong smell of tobacco in the car.

Cons: Front tires were under inflated which resulted in very dangerous rolling of the tires on gravel in the mountains. Car was a hybrid but battery pack was broken so it was lacking power and fuel efficiency. Payed for a child seat but got charged extra again when the car was dropped off. A fancy hasn’t been in touch with my email regarding this…

Pros: Agents were not cooperating, I arrived 1 hour early to pickup car and the made we wait , when no other customers were waiting and then all of a sudden the car was ready

Cons: Rude agents , after a red eye flight, I don’t control arrival time and I was early and the agents at the desk were not accommodating and the lady agent had no mask on , I would stay away from Leasys in the future

Cons: Total chaos trying to get cars. The only name we knew from booking was Discover Cars but no company w/this name at airport car rental street. The woman at desk was rude & not helpful. She would not let us change or add driver(s) to contract + my wife had to do all the driving for 1 of the cars; not what we wanted. Worst person I ever dealt with. 1st time in my life I've written a negative review!

Cons: 1 front wheel had the spare (non alloy) wheel on it. The other had very low tread that may have been illegal. I was told if I wanted a car I would have to take that one as it was the only one available. Poor state of cleanliness. Leases details said the rental desk was in terminal. It wasn’t.
