Pros: Readiness to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Cons: I don’t like the attempt to insult my intelligence. It’s both funny and ridiculous when the service agent is trying to convince you that the gas tank fulled on the third off it’s capacity is 100% full and the gauge on the new car is not working properly. His words: “Trust me, it’s full” made my day. At the end the car was exchanged.

Pros: the lady there she was very aggressive and not helpful and she was very provocative, She has no respect and her treatment is bad and harsh. This place is not suitable for an employee like her.

Cons: Not helpful, i have emirates driving license and i can rent car from other companies only Europcar rental. I understand there is some condition and i agree for that also other companies they have same condition but they make it easier for someone tourist.

Pros: The entire experience with Europcar in Florence was frustrating, VERY time-consuming and disappointing. Long wait for shuttle from airport to rental office, well over 1-hour wait in line to see a rental agent, the car was not as depicted online, rental agreement was not in multiple languages, very long and time-consuming line for shuttle from rental facility back to airport upon car return.

Cons: The entire experience with Europcar in Florence was frustrating, VERY time-consuming and disappointing. Long wait for shuttle from airport to rental facility; well over 1-hour wait in line to see a rental agent, the car was not as depicted online; of the two cars my family rented, one had damaged tires and the agent in the parking lot tried to persuade us to accept that car; the rental agreement did not include an English language translation; 20-Euro extra charge for re-filling gas; more.

Pros: Car was ok

Cons: Lady at counter was rude, forgot to give us the car key and we walked all the way to the car expecting the key to be in it and it wasn't so walked back to office only to be told that she gave us the wrong car. Was told I can't use my Australian drivers licence which isn't correct. I paid for on the booking to have GPS and then the car didn't have that. I asked to have the Telepass put on to ensure we had smooth transit through toll booths but was told to just get a paper ticket and pay for it.

Cons: The car was dirty upon picking it up and the staff told me the car was free of damages. When I checked the car I found several scratches and damages on the car. I had to spend additional time and point it all out to the Europcar staff. This could have been avoided if they had done their work properly from the start. Except this all was acceptable.

Pros: Friendly and very helpful. Customer service was excellent.

Cons: Drop off took too long because there was only one gentleman (who was nice and clearly doing his best) checking cars and yet there was another man standing around smoking and ignoring us as we waited. They also took another check out before us that had come after us that was an person the staff clearly knew well. It was rude.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: driver license with photo. A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 80 % battery charge remaining.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
