Pros: The car itself was fine and was fit for our purpose.
Cons: Initially we were provided with a car that they claimed had no damage, however I saw that it had bodywork damage. Hertz also added some additional charges to the rental which had already been covered in my pre-booking voucher

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
