Pros: Ecovia assisted when discover cars policies fell short . Extremely disappointed with discover cars

Cons: see above + they blamed you - discover cars on all the faults and misleading information - will never rent from neither both of you companies

Cons: Il est précisé qu'il est possible d'avoir une voiture à l’aéroport de Florence (sans prendre de navette) alors que l’agence est bien de l’autre côté de l’autoroute donc il faut prendre la navette

Pros: NOTHING!!! Rude and did nothing. Further Ibsaw the same agent do something similar to another customer just before me.

Cons: Nothing - will be filing a complaint and reporting this and expecting a refund for the extra expenses incurred.

Pros: Okay until drop-off. We had no idea we had to photo the car in such detail to prove we had not done a small scratch to wheel.

Cons: The Bari Airport drop off needs better signage. Also the Google Maps positioning is not accurate.

Pros: The guy at the counter was very helpful and solution oriented.

Cons: Had to wait in line for almost 2 hours in a non air conditioned room to pick up the car. The car wasn't even clean from the inside, carpets had soiled foot marks. The price is expensive for the service we got.

Cons: They wanted to international car licence although Turkey driver car license is international. After half an hour they gave us car.

Cons: The salesman was rude. The car was not as promised as we were unable to fit two bags in the trunk which we ordered. We were given a gas/hybrid when we ordered a pure gasoline powered car. The car was provided as “full to full” but only contained fuel in the back up gasoline tank, which did not provide very much range. We were not told about this, so we thought the car was broken before learning this. We were also not given the possibility of an additional driver even though we had ordered this.

Pros: Nothing! The person behind the desk felt like ge wanted to scam us. We had to suddenly pay extra money or he threatened to cancel our booking. Instead of finding a solution, he was just threatening us to cancel the booking. Reason was that I had a Debit card, vut that card has the exact same functionalities as a credit card. It also allows to store a deposit and so on. I have used that credit card multiple times for getting cars. This representative then charged us add. 120 euros for 0 reason.

Cons: He then also stored the deposit. As soon as I wanted to know what exactly I am paying for i was just told that he would cancel our booking now.

Pros: The worst - would never rent a car from them again.

Cons: The rental and return process were very stressful - incorrect addresses provided for both steps and upswell requirements - and the car was unreliable dirty and had upholstery flopping around like a dead fish.

Cons: Everything was as planned until I went to pick up car and was told I needed an International drivers license, without one they ended up charging me $100 more which was not a lot,but I didn’t like the last minute fees ….seems like a money grab scam

Pros: The agents were not very friendly or helpful, and I appear to have been charged for unknown costs after the original rental.

Cons: My car had 149,000 kilometers on it, and a tire blew out the third day of the 2-week rental. It took two days and a €130 cab ride (NOT YET REIMBURSED) to pick up a replacement. And I appear to have incurred at least one if not two unknown charges.

Cons: They didn't provide us a Fiat 500L or 500X as requested. The VW they provided was too small for our family and luggage and very cramped.

Cons: The car was smaller than the category booked, old and battered on all sides. Charged more than communicated for missing fuel. Typical car rental trying to charge you an exhorbitant price for insurance.

Cons: The car needed service (the message kept coming on) AND one of the tires was low on air and it was difficult to find a gas station in Tuscany with working air…so I spent an hour waiting on a mechanic just for some air and tire check.

Pros: There was a shutle from the arrival terminal to the rent-a-car desk. It was very nice. The personal was very polite but not so helpfull. The price was more than ok and they gave me a car for it. Therefore I'll give them thumbs up.

Cons: During the conversation with the guy from the desk it was NOT mension that I'll take a car with fuel tank less than full. But just to be honest it was mentioned in the contract. BUT....They gave me a car with 5/8 amount of fuel instead of 6/8 as was written in the contract. I returned immediately to the desk but there was no one to help me. I've done so many pictures of the car from the time rent it and from the time drop it. I still have it on my phone and if you want I can send it to you.

Pros: Easy enough to drop off but the car was dirty when we picked it up and knackered. Covered in dog hair and sand.

Cons: Not something I’d expect from an international company. The car was heavily worn and very low quality. No Bluetooth or media options. No usb charging point. Very uncomfortable for distances over 30 minutes. Rival competitors have provided much better previously. Maybe time for an upgrade

Cons: There were 2 people at the desk but one (a lady) was taking a long time with every customer and the other (a gentleman) was 'too busy' to help customers. There were customers waiting and the desk was incredibly difficult to find and it seemed as if every question i asked was a problem. They didn't want to 'help me' but get as much cash from me as possible. I will never use them again in florence.

Pros: Nice people, car upgrade, 'green' car (ran on metan gas).

Cons: Office is only open until 6pm. By the time I went back to the office with a question they were closed.

Cons: on one hand, I had to wait for people ahead of me to be processed (more staff needed?), but at the same time I noticed longer lines at some of the other rental agencies. Perhaps I'm spoiled by my car rental experiences in Canada.
