Cons: Moins d'attente au guichet pour recevoir les clés. Une signalisation plus visible et plus en amont du parking de location pour le retour.

Pros: Me entregaron el vehículo solicitado en un estado impecable y, para mi sorpresa, con características técnicas que no esperaba en un coche tan económico. Solo le faltaba tener android auto para poder utilizar Waze en pantalla. La atención en mostrador y la del empleado de la entrega impecable

Cons: Rental return location is in top floor of a parking garage. We got a bit lost as we exited different from where we entered.

They checked it while I got my luggage out and it was all done. Best rental car service I’ve experienced

Cons: Rental cars always seem expensive, in any country, but this was worth the ease and great service

Pros: Nefasta la gestión, después de poner en las opciones de pago de la empres de alquiler del vehículo que se podía utilizar tarjeta de débito, al llegar allí, me exigieron una tarjeta visa para hacer un depósito de 0,01centimos de euro y como tuve un problema con el pin no me dejaron hacerlo con mi tarjeta de débido, en consecuencia perdí el alquiler por un maldito 0,01 centimo. Intenté contactar con ustedes y no conseguí que nadie me cogiera el teléfono. El servicio peor imposible

Pros: Friendly and nice folks working there, clean and modern car

Cons: The pickup took ages because the shuttle is so slow. On both ends you're waiting quite a while for the shuttle (they say it's 10 minutes but it's definitely more.)

Pros: Kontakt z personelem bez problemu, nie namawiali do dodatkowych ubezpieczeń, nie wyszukiwali rys czy wgniotek na zwracanym samochodzie, jak można przeczytać w innych wypozyczalnich samochodów.

Cons: Tough to find at Fiumicino, but that was the case for rental cars in general. Once we found the garage, your instructions were wonderful.

Cons: The checking in when returning the car was less pleasant

Cons: We picked up the car and the same day the check oil light came on. We had to take it to another rental location for them to service the vehicle. We also never received documents we requested for a damage claim.Customer service is very lacking.

Pros: Having an agent in the parking lot to assist finding the right car and going over any pre-existing damage. Same upon the return.

Cons: Not clear where to go when checking in and picking up the car. But this would be the same for any car rental agency at the Florence airport.

Cons: I got an alert for topping up adblue, a diesel additive and had to go out out my way and spend 20 euros on topping it up.

Cons: A little bit of a challenge locating the rental office in Florence. Office was moved to the 'Main Building' which was easy to find once we knew that is where the office is located

Cons: Price is different from what stated to be paid when I booked and how much I actually paid at the counter office. I supposed to paid at the counter office for EUR 216.01 but they charged my credit card for EUR 302.39.

Pros: The on-site rental process was quick and efficient. All of the information entered on-line was readily available to the agent. The agent was efficient and professional. The car was virtually new and very clean. The car return process was even more efficient. We were in and out in under 3 minutes.

Cons: ZERO complaints!

Cons: We did have a little difficulty locating the gas gauge and how to read it, but figured it out. I would have like them to have explained this before we left, but it turned out okay.

Cons: The person who did my check-in did nothing to help with the technical difficulties I had with my credit card, and was xenophobic mentioning that only Brazilian credit cards had problems at her store. I have a 10 thousand Euros card limit and had never had a problem before. She refused to contact her technical team and said it was a problem with my card, even though when I called the Visa desk, they mentioned that they were not receiving any charging signal from Locauto. Totally unhelpful.

Cons: Returning it was a totally unpleasant experience. I had to wait behind other trying to rent a car, and the agent would not take my keys and let me go. It almost made me miss my outbound flight. Worst yet.
