Pros: Easy delivery
Cons: Pricy. Received Worse car than ordered. Ezperience shared with fellow InsideFlyers.
Pros: Friendly staff, close to the airport and easy to find when returning the car
Cons: Had to wait about 20 minutes for the customer shuttle bus as had just missed one.
Cons: It was very difficult to find the office. After 6:00 PM we had to walk from Keflavik airport (or take a taxi) No shuttle! The car was full of dents and damages
Pros: People were friendly and helpful. The car NEEDS to have charging ports for phone and GPS navigation. The car needs new windscreen wipers - I told the agent at checkin.
Cons: There should be more than one check- out screen for picking up the cars and the process is not easy to navigate on the screen. Perhaps all this information could be done by the renter before check in to save time and frustration.
Pros: Returning the car was simple and fast.
Cons: It felt like they were trying to charge us the maximum amount of money and knew they could get away with it because we had no other options and just wanted to leave to go on our vacation.

Cons: These people have withdrawn 300€ from my bank for a crack in the windshield I did not do. The car was in such a poor shape that it was impossible to identify all the damages when I took it. The guy at the rental also told me that if I was not signing his paper, he would look more into detail to find more damages to charge me. This is just unacceptable business. Please do not answer me that you do not have my contact to call me back. You have them and did not try to support me despite my calls.
Pros: We liked the car. It served our purpose
Cons: Service was annoyingly slow. Even at drop off, when we were in a hurry to catch our flight. And the agents were rude when we showed urgency

Cons: My car rental was cancelled without notice. I was not to get in touch with discover cars to get any form of help or refund ( I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM YOU!!!!!) and I was unable to get a car. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

Cons: They told me my car wasn’t there when I arrived. They made me wait 2 hours. They charged me an extra $150 to upgrade my car when the missing car was their mistake.
Pros: Fairly quick pick up.
Cons: We paid for the premium insurance which covered all damages but then when we saw the car, it was already so damaged! Lots of night dents, smashed rear headlight etc. So we thought the price was quite a rip off for such poor condition. The inside of the car was clean. When we dropped off the car, there was noone at the rental place to give the keys to which was a surprise. We used the out of hours drop box and haven't had an issue but it was a bit of a concern at first.
Cons: they refuse to refound my warranty money, no one was at the dropp off, car was returned with the full tank in same conditions at pick up and they still charge me full warranty

Cons: Everything. A man screamed at us and asked if we wanted a ferrari?? Then gave us a crashed car. 3 kids and a single mother.
Pros: Woman who provided the pick up service was good and dealt with my issues relatively quickly
Cons: Booked a Land Rover Discovery and on arrival was handed the keys to a car with 185,000km on it. Basic model, no sat nav at a price of over £150 per day. Was given a free Garmin Sat Nav that had the graphics of a 1982 video game. 20 mins down the road warning light came on and I had to return the car. Lady rang round other car hire dealers and had no luck so I was given a Nissan 4x4 with 50,000km on the clock with dents on the drivers side door panel. On return at 7am it was key drop only.
Pros: Nothing particular that I would not expect.
Cons: Global rent car do not even had a own worker there, it was 1 representative working behalf 5 companies, or so. It took more than 2 hours to get the car. All the people in the cue waiting there togetger, after their long flights, we had to spend several hours in totaly unhygienical conditions waiting just to receive our cars that we had paid for. (of course it is not the problem of that particular worker) I had another 2 cars in different companies and there were 3 people handing the cars.

Cons: Wipers were old, when used, the windshield became non-transparent.

Cons: Hard to find the building, lack of signs. We didn't have shuttle bus because of Covid19.
