Cons: Nos cobraron 105e según ellos de seguro que no constan en ninguna parte de la reserva. Yo ya había pagado el alquiler del coche y allí abone 47e de seguro extra. Dejamos 305e de fianza de los cuales solo me devolvieron 200e alegando que 105e eran el seguro

Pros: Ease of picking the car. Dropping of the car was but tricky but in the end I it took less than 10 min or so.

Cons: My deposit of $5,000 has not been returned yet. And when I contact them about it they tell me "Yes just a minute we will call you shortly" ... 3 weeks have passed and no update on my deposit.

Pros: Too many pre existing damages , no records handled to us, we have to make photos ourselves

Cons: also not happy about full protection bought, was pretty expensive and not covering windows and tyres

Cons: I didn't like the pressure they put on me to purchase additional insurance even tho I had it already. I had to sign to say I wasn't covered by their insurance. If I had never hired a car there before then I would have purchased their unnecessary insurance because they almost had me do it.

Pros: The dropping off process was very efficient

Cons: We had the impression that they transferred the responsibility to Discover Cars, regarding any issue that raised.

Cons: Car bad condition, although staff Saifuddin they have checked the car but no air conditioning

Pros: At the desk they charged me more 50lb because i did not have the international license. It is the first time for me. They also charged 900lb as safety but i did not got it back yet

Pros: The whole experience was horrible and outrageous from start to finish.

Cons: Easy Rents scammed me out of £1300 without providing any proof of alleged damages or invoices for the cost of repairs for the alleged damages. Company refuses to respond to any messages or emails and provide any official documentation for the extent of the alleged damages. Further to that, they obtain £700 of the charges in an illegal manner.

Pros: My rent a car price was 95 usd ,i paid 35 usd by CC and in airport would pay additional 60 usd include insurance all include instead this rental car agent asked me pay 100 euro , I sent mail to your company about it but until know didn't accept any response

Cons: Unfriendly reception at pickup. When I explained I didn’t want their rental insurance as pre purchased extra full cover the agent argued I needed it and wouldn’t be covered. I stood my ground but the agent was not pleased. After checking car I clarified number to call in event of any problems and he said don’t call us as you have no insurance. I asked for directions to main A1 and he said he didn’t know and to go to a petrol station. When returning car it took 15mins wait at barrier to enter

Cons: I ask for Reno Clio diesel engine. The reason I look for this particular car was the high fuel economy which is 5 litres on 100km. I get there and they told me tou had upgrade for the car so I get car with 10 litres on 100km fuel efficiency....the fuel is expensive over there. When I sign the contract I was told that I dont have insurance for the renting period twice. I show them the reservation and they said is with discover not with them so if something happens i will pay for all...

Pros: The girl that did the rental car walk-through with me was very professional and courteous, maybe she should find a better employer!

Cons: Sales reps at "easy rent" use scam tactics to make a few extra bucks - I've rented cars from many reputable companies and i know they all have incentives to up-sell, but not like this (read my comments in the next section for more info).

Pros: It was good value for money and with locations in both terminals.

Cons: Upon hearing I had my own insurance, the rep became extremely condescending. Saying they probably won't pay out, that I'm in a foreign country (really?!) and that I was getting a new car with no marks on it. Then we were told to wait 15 mins to eventually receive a car with many marks. I wasn't given a parking pass which I didn't know until I returned the car and they tried to get me to pay. Saying I should've parked outside. I've never had to do that before.

Cons: Insurance cost was more than the rental, they/you misled us that the insurance is included when it was not.

Cons: The car was in a very poor condition and made horrible noises when changing gear. The car vibrated at 80km/h+. The window was unreliable and got stuck a few times. The external paint was in very bad condition and there were lots of scrapes and scratches and dents. We took lots of time photos and we had no issue when dropping it off, but it did not inspire confidence. It wasn’t past midnight when we collected the car and we were in a hurry, we would have returned it and asked for a new one.

Cons: Rude, slow. We felt robbed of time and money. I have also not received my deposit back after 4 days
