Dirent a car Greece at Corfu Airport

Pros: Hassle free. 2 mins to car via shuttle service.

Pros: Courtesy van was a bit hard to find another provider helped us as we didn’t know what or where to look for it . Staff at the car hire shop were very pleasant especially the older gentleman who dealt with us .

Cons: When we got back after filling up the tank the gage was broken and showing half full something we missed on collection so we had to go with driver to another petrol station to proof it was filled up just something to check !! Staff were polite and friendly though .

Pros: Easy to arrange staff very helpful

Cons: On arrival i was looking for my name on a board,eventually found a lady with the rental company name on a board

Cons: Car had seen better days, lots of scratches and minor dents, impossible to take pics as it was around 9.30pm at pickup. On return they found two scratches which weren't recorded on the checkout sheet. The €300 excess charge seemed to be arbitrarily applied; if similar charges were applied to previous users they clearly had not put the fees towards repairs. My excess insurance will cover it but I'd prefer to rent a car in better condition than this one, as to be honest I saw it coming!

Pros: Efficient staff. Quick to sort paperwork. Nice new car.

Cons: Difficultly finding rep at airport. Instructions said someone will be there with my name on a board. Did not happen. Went outside terminal building and spotted someone with DiRent logo and Value Cars logo but didn’t know these are linked.

Cons: Qiute many scratches and therefore checking the car took qiute a long time

Pros: Value Plus car rental in Corfu provided an excellent service. Prompt transfers to and from the airport, friendly and helpful staf who spoke excellent English. Highly recommended.

Pros: Their explanation was very clear and the pick-up and return process was efficient. We accidentally left our child seat in the car, but they were kind enough to bring it to the airport soon. I definitely recommend them.

Pros: Brand new car, spotless clean, fast check in check out.

Cons: They would collect you from the airport but we arrived by ferry and had to find out own way to the compound which was out of town

Pros: Super friendly and helpful. Loved getting picked up in the minibus we were renting, as it allowed us to keep the bags in the same car when going to the office to complete the paperwork.

Cons: The car was pretty old and had quite a bit of damage (only cosmetic), and the aircon wasn't amazing, but for the price we paid, I really cannot complain.

Pros: Im very disappointed with the service! I rented a car with Dirent but Dirent does not operate in Corfu! Was another car rental company that works together with Dirent that gave me the car. The car was not the one that I rented or even similar to the one i chose.

Cons: The car was old, super old! Even with a CD player! The car was not even close to the one I rented! Not even similar! I was extremely disappointed with the service and with the car. When I arrived i questioned the rental agency and they mentioned that “this is the car”

Pros: Friendly, approachable, efficient. Car was ready even before the paperwork was done. They pointed out every tiny mark on it and marked them on the diagram, even ones I didn't see. Deposit was returned within 24 hours, unlike the one I used last year on Cyprus that took four weeks.

Pros: The service was great, a representative was waiting outside the terminal and after a short wait we were taken to the rental office, where I found all members of staff to be professional and courteous.

Cons: There were a number of scratches and a small dent in the door, but this didn't effect the performance.

Pros: We were picked up from the airport and driven about 2 kilometres to the office. We signed all the paperwork and looked over the car with the representative. I thought all members of staff were very professional.

Cons: We were looking for our names on a board outside the airport but it actually had the name of the rental company. We only wasted about 5 minutes until we realised that our name was not on a board.

Pros: Value plus went out of their way to please very highly recommend.

Cons: The staff were second to none at Value plus opposite Lidl just a short transfer away from airport exceptional service
