Pros: Quick to drop off the car and the deposit was refunded straightaway

Cons: I went with ClickRent over others because of the car. But then they only had the same car as others. But were more expensive. In the end, I would have been better off stocking to Europcar or Hertz given the add-on fees and limited payment methods. It was a slow and confusing pick up process with little communication. Also, extending the reservation by a few hours was a ridiculous charge as well.

Pros: Really swift pick up by shuttle bus and got exact car as on rental. Actually a special edition so good spec and in great condition. Easy drop off.

Cons: Only downside was wait time to pick up once dropped by shuttle bus and also them trying to sell full insurance despite us already having this through our booking. We were told it wasn't theirs and was through the agent so they blocked €1000 on my card to cover excess. Didn't have to use it but not ideal when as far as we were aware we'd already paid for full insurance.

Pros: Friendly agent at pick up desk. No pushy sales to get you to buy extra insurance etc. advised to take pictures of any damages to car which I’m glad I did.

Cons: Having to wait in crowd of people & not knowing what side the pick up bus will stop. Then having other people get in bus 1st even though you waiting before them.

Pros: They appeared efficient and pleasant when handing over the car.

Cons: No one told us to photograph the car when picking up the car but we did as a precaution. The car was towards the back of the garage, which was very dark. On return the employee checked the rental car. He indicated the hub caps on the passenger side were scratched. We were confident we had not done this but he was adamant they had been damaged recently. By chance one of my photos showed the damage to the back wheel, at which he agreed. Pros: Transfer from airport terminal to pickup agency, front desk staff, easy and quick pick up.

Cons: Extra charge (roughly EUR 5.00 / day) for insurance for windows, wheels and mirrors charged at pick-up, despite having chosen the maximum coverage available in the website when proceeding with the booking.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: The process took 3 hrs from line up for the shuttle bus. One bus was not enough for the queue of people. When you arrived you picked another ticket to wait to be seen at the desk. Very very very poor process. Agent was not greatly helpful. The company is all about money over customer service support.
