Pros: The vehicles provided were SUVs, even though sedans had been ordered. The vehicles supplied were well-suited to our needs.

Cons: We rented three vehicles. For two of them, a hold was placed on the credit card for the insurance excess without an actual charge; however, for the third vehicle, the driver's card was actually charged, and a refund was issued upon the vehicle's return. It seems to me that this shouldn't have happened. I didn't appreciate the aggressive attempt to sell zero-deductible coverage by claiming—though I don't know if there was any basis for it—that the insurance extension we purchased on the dealer's

Cons: Would have scored higher but the employee who did the handover at the beginning was incredibly off-hand and curt. He at least said hello to me when I returned the vehicle. Some customer care training is in order here

Pros: I will recommend AERCAR. It was one of the best car rental companies I've ever rented a car from for travel. Excellent service, lightning-fast service, and a perfect connection between the rental company and the airport. The pick-up and drop-off times were extremely short. The cars were in excellent condition.

Pros: Good overall value for money, pleasant positive experience. One important thing , pay attention, if you want to book with them, GO DIRECTLY ON THEIR WEBSITE OR PHONE THEM AND SPEAK TO THEM DIRECTLY, we noticed that search engines will connect you with them but then load various insurance formulas that AERCAR is not party to. It is not the fault of AERCAR RENTALS, but it is a function how the search engines work.

Cons: Car wasn’t what was ordered. Car was an older car with considerable mileage and not in the best condition ie. Wiper blade rubbers were split, window washers had no water/didn’t work. Car struggled in some of the hills at the back of Paphos.

Pros: I have already known the Aercar from my previous trip to Cyprus. So I know how it works. The price over discovercars was much better than the rentalcars which I used many times before.

Cons: When you know where is the place for shuttle bus (just on the road about 20 m to the right when you come from arrival hall) it is easy. But when I came to Paphos for the first time the instructions lead me to the parking lot where is just small modular building which is not used. Simply go to the right in front of the hall and you will find the shuttle (Mercedes Viano I think) which gives you a lift to the rental. Or call the Aercar when there is no car. I am satisfied with the Aercard.
