Pros: Being able to check-in online and provide my details upfront. Better rental conditions overall -compared to other agents in Portugal. Friendly staff, great car and value for money. Super close to the airport, not a long ride on their pickup van.

Cons: Pick-up point not clearly defined and no answer when trying to call the provider for clarification. Toll meter deposit was not clearly defined on rental conditions at time of booking, and its day rate was higher than stated on rental condition at time of pickup (€1.99 instead of the expected €1.90), lastly the total cost of the tolls was not transparent (we were not provided with a detailed list of days/amounts that it was used).

Pros: They closed their office at 7:00pm whilst i got a pock up booked on 7 pm. They suppoust to be waiting on car park to take me to the office but they have not been there

Pros: Very efficient and very friendly

Cons: The agent promised that the car was not damaged but closer inspection before leaving showed up a serious bump and scratch on the rear left wing, a scratch on the driver's side passenger door and some damage near the logo on the driver's side wing. I took photos and went straight in to show that they were there at collection and that seemed to be OK with the agent who asked me to retain the photos until I brought the car back. On return, I am pleased to say that they remembered this.

Pros: Attentive, courteous, professional, friendly, efficient staff.

Cons: Windscreen wipers not positioned centrally to clean full window - only driver’s side. Quite annoying for passenger not having fully clean screen - particularly after driving on dusty/ sandy roads.
